Simple and cozy

My husband and I were in town to hike the manitou incline over a short weekend. This was the perfect little spot to stay and rest as we did not really need any extras. We saw the horses from the Academy Riding Stables going by several times a day, and ended up booking a last minute ride. We were able to walk from the little home to the stables. There’s also deer roaming the streets, they don’t seem to mind us

Colorado Springs cottage

Perfect area for our visit. Very close to the Manitou Springs area. The cottage was very small and clean. There are other rentals on the property but everyone was very quiet. Nice stay.

Very cute just not a lot of room.

It’s very cute but not a lot of room to relax. Felt like we had to leave, or go out back to have room to stretch out. Like the other visitor the shower is quite small. Not trying to say anything bad because it is cute and clean just not enough room for us. I would definitely check into one of the larger units.

Great location and cottage

Perfect spot for our short stay in the area. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Garden of the Gods. Cottage had everything we needed including a great outdoor space.

Perfect little cabin

Quiet. The only difficulty was the shower. I have broud shoulders and it was not easy taking a shower. Too small! Air conditioner was right on top of the bed. No lock on the screen door. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay at Sweet Rose cottage

We had a super nice stay at the cottage. It is well equipped and very comfortable and quiet. Our host provided lots of information about nearby sightseeing and activities. This is a great location with easy access to Manitou and points west as well as the Cheyenne Mtn. zoo and very nice bicycle access to Garden of the Gods.

Excellent Garden of the Gods location

We enjoyed our stay in the sweet rose cottage. It was located in an excellent location to the Garden of the Gods. The herbal tea left by the owner was a wonderful gesture.

Great Stay

This tiny cottage was perfect for my daughter and I. Centrally located to hiking, shops and restaurants. It was SO CLEAN!!! Very impressed.

The perfect getaway

Everything about this amazing little place is just as it is described in the listing. I spent 3 days by myself exploring Colorado and Manitou Springs and it was the perfect place to go back to relax after my day. After watching the horses walk by often, I decided to try that tour for myself and it’s definitely a must do! This was a great place and an amazing area. I can’t wait to come back!

Quaint Cottage

This little, but loaded, gem was a perfect place for us to nestle in at the end of a day doing all the activities these mountains have to offer. The location is perfect! The interior is faceted with personal welcoming touches to relax and refresh.

Cute property in a great location

This house was tiny, but absolutely adorable. I loved the retro fridge and kitchen, as well as the iced tea waiting in the fridge upon our arrival, and the coffee and teas provided. The location was perfect for exploring Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Being able to walk down a neighborhood street right into Garden of the Gods was amazing. It’s the perfect spot to stay if you want to do lots of hiking, but avoid having to drive into the park and fight for parking spots. I loved the horses walking by the property as well as the many deer and wild turkeys that live in the neighborhood.

Perfect Location

This little house was in the perfect location for anyone wanting to go to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Can drive to Garden of the Gods within minutes for a beautiful sunrise view. Or can watch the sunrise on the mountains from the back yard. Definitely recommend going to the Academy Riding Stables for a horseback tour, as they walk right by this property. Very cozy and quiet neighborhood as well, had no issues at all. Very pleased with the entire experience. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

Perfect CO getaway spot!

Beautiful little cottage that is perfectly situated between Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. This cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway with your partner or a quiet weekend by yourself. Very clean, all the amenities you need. I have already recommended and shared a link with several friends. We’ll definitely be staying again!
