Hey there! We’re so glad you’re checking out our cozy spot — perfect for couples or business travelers who want peace and quiet, on a secluded dead-end road.

Please note our home has two awesome vacation rentals, each with its own private entrance and coded entry. This unit is tucked above the garage with zero shared walls, so you get your own slice of paradise.

The hot tub and outdoor spaces are shared, offering a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Although these areas are shared, guests rarely cross paths, and in all our years of hosting, we’ve never had any concerns about privacy. It truly still feels like your own private, secluded retreat.

This property truly has everything you need for an exceptional getaway. From stunning views and cozy, luxurious accommodations to charming details and peaceful surroundings, it’s designed to make your stay unforgettable. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just craving a peaceful escape, this place is the perfect launching point for your Colorado adventure.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will enjoy private accommodations in a cozy apartment located above the garage. Please note there are stairs leading up to the unit.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with YouTube TV, washer and dryer, and a relaxing soaking tub. Step outside to the outdoor patio and deck area—perfect for unwinding.

We provide all the essentials, including fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics. You’ll have complete privacy with self check-in via coded entry for a smooth, easy arrival.

Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and well-appointed 1-bedroom unit! The home had all the amenities we could need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Colorado mountains—it was breathtaking to wake up to every morning. The owners were fantastic, always available and attentive, ensuring everything I needed was already in the unit. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Super clean and convenient

This cozy little apartment was incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, answering my questions wothin minutes. The place was well-equipped, with everything you might need. I plan to come back!

Codes sent from VRBO wrong. There are two rentals here. - we tried the wrong one' was iccupied. Manager got it fixed. There are 19 stairs to apartment, so be aware.

Beautiful property!!

This was one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed in. It was super clean, had everything we needed. They provide all toiletries that we didn’t have to buy. They even provided coffee. We loved our stay here. Great location. Easy to find and close to everything. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Mountain Adventures

The property is close to all the adventures you could want to do here in Colorado springs. You will get an extremely warm and comfortable stay after your day of exploring with the option of soaking in the hot tub or the amazing bath tub. If we are back in the area I definitely will be staying here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a beautiful apartment that worked so well for our stay in Colorado Springs. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating when we requested to check in a little early. The place was incredibly clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It is a close walk in to downtown with lots of restaurants to choose from. Thank you so much for your hospitality at this beautiful place!

Great Spot!

We loved our stay. The home was BETTER than described and communication with the owners was excellect. The only downside was that we had to leave. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Getaway trip

Very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t care for was the window in the shower facing the street which I felt it didn’t give enough privacy. Everything else was perfect. The owners were very nice and quick to respond.

Chic retreat close to nature

The suite is of beautiful, contemporary design and impeccably clean in a rustic location close to a natural area. Every morning I saw rabbits, birds, and a doe outside while also being within walking distance of a great coffee shop (Switchback Roasters).

July 4th break🇺🇸

Cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in! Well equipped with things you may have forgotten. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, and pans), great location (close to downtown, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods). Great communication from host. Wonderful stay!!!

Mountain Retreat

I loved everything about this property and my stay! The hosts were so kind and welcoming in all their communications. The location was ideal for getting to downtown Colorado Springs or Manitou Springs. The property was gorgeous and you can tell the owners put a lot of love and care into it. I’m seriously considering making this an annual trip and staying here in the future!

Hey we are Mike and Megan. We met in Colorado Springs in 2016 while serving in the Army at Fort Carson and have since been married and now have two beautiful boys. We enjoy everything Colorado has to offer from outdoor activities like mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and rock climbing. We are avid travelers and have been to 9 different countries since we met.

We outgrew this home with our small children and loved it so much that we wanted to offer a slice of it to you and your family/friends.
