Clean, comfortable, and lots of character in Captain Jack's Cabin. Our only regret is that we just booked 2 nights, next time we'll stay longer!

The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean, very well stocked, quaint and full of 1913 charm. The hot tub was very welcoming after a busy day of being tourists.Curtis was very responsive and quick to address our questions.I highly recommend this VRBO.

Place was as advertised. Stayed at many VRBO and this one seemed to be the cleanest...even the tops of door frames were dusted. Old house with lots of character with all the necessities within minutes. Also a great jumping off point for the major attraction. Happy to stay here again.

This home was perfect for us in every way. Extremely cozy, conveniently located and very well equipped. It allowed us to have a relaxing stay while exploring Colorado Springs. We were visited by a beautiful mule deer one evening while we were relaxing out back

This home is filled with character and the location is perfection! You can walk to the Broadmoor and enjoy the dear all around you. We LOVED the vibe in the backyard with the hot tub, the grill, and the green space. We ate all of our meals out there!

Fantastic place. Quiet, peaceful, close to my meetings at the Broadmoore and close to a beautiful park. Nice touches with some drinks in the fridge.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage filled with beautiful antiques. It was clean with a well-stocked bright kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable! We did not use the hot tub (unfortunately) but maybe next time. Thanks to Curtis for the excellent communication and care for the guests’ experience in his house!

We loved our stay in this snow white like cottage in the mountains! This home is almost right on the trails and close to everything you would want to explore in Colorado Springs. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed with lots of options for sleeping arrangements for our four kiddos. Our children loved the hot tub, back yard games, and the board games that were provided. This was a lovely place to stay.

Curtis was responsive and clear when communicating. Much appreciated. Also, the property was quiet and comfortable. Perfect spot for a few days of downtime for my wife and me.

This host has missed nothing when it comes to the comfort and care of his guests. The property is exceptional and fun. The house is cozy and neat. The backyard is absolutely magical at night. The entire place is a delight.

Property was clean, comfortable master bed, lacks adequate heat for home, listing is clear for laundry but it is difficult to get to the area especially with bad weather. Kitchen pans need to be updated. Would not use hot tub, smell from chlorine was too strong.

We came for the zoo and this place was great! Welp kept and clean. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and in a good location of town; not too far from anything. We loved the old/historic features of the home. I'm sure we will look into this place for future visits!

Beautiful and clean, with lots of character and privacy. Host is diligent about maintaining the inside and outside as well as the hot tub and was very gracious. There were a lot of extras that made our stay enjoyable. Very convenient location to town but felt like we were in the forest. Loved the uniqueness of the property. Host was responsive, and the cottage felt like home.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days and it was amazing! Curtis was very hospitable and helpful. The house had so much charm and spirit. The hot tub was a plus! We loved the location and how quiet it was. I highly recommend staying here. It was a quick drive to all the popular destinations. The DVD player was a plus! There were lots of good movies to choose from.
