Location was perfect for Hyannisport. Everything was easily drivable. Less than 5 minutes to Hyannis Harbor and .6 miles to location of Kennedy compound. House was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

A nautical themed home in charming Hyannis. Unfortunately, the home isn’t up to par. Stained carpets, dirty walls, overgrown weeds/landscaping,a neglected deck, and it’s located at a very busy intersection where cars go racing by all day long and into the evening. This house needs renovating and a deep cleaning.

The house was truly remarkable. The landscaping could benefit from some attention, as the back deck was somewhat overgrown with grass bushes. It was a major inconvenience to have to access the property from the rear rather than the front. My wife has a hard time walking and this was hard for her to maneuver. Aside from these points, the owner has done an exceptional job of maintaining a modern, beach-themed interior

This is a charming home with lots of character. The home is perfect for two couples. The house is well stocked and the mini split air conditioners worked well. The owner was very responsive to questions. Very comfortable accommodations and would definitely recommend. Note that the home sits at a blind corner and it is difficult to pull out of the driveway because of limited visibility and cars rounding a corner. The entry is through the back and could get muddy when wet.

We had a wonderful stay. House was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. Very well stocked with anything you would need including essentials for cooking a meal at the house when you don't feel like going out. Overall we all had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Christine was great and the home was exactly as described. We were able to walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, the beach, and the playground with our two kids (2 and 5 months)

Loved it

Loved our stay here. House was very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. The comfy mattresses were a nice surprise!

Great Cape Escape

Nice little family getaway. Even with not the best weather many things to do. House is beautiful inside. looks like the pictures! Kitchen is very well stocked. check in was easy communication great!

Great spot!

Nice house within walking distance (15 mins) to Keyes Memorial Beach, which was pretty secluded and chill, very family friendly in late August. It’s on a busy corner, but a five minute drive to Main Street, which was great. Plenty of space, very comfortable rooms, would definitely recommend!

Long Weekend Away

My husband and I took our daughter to see the Cape Cod area. This home was a great location to catch a ferry to Nantucket and visit some other great places in the area. Had everything g we needed!

Near it all

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was clean, had everything we needed and close to everything! Our kids wanted to stay longer. This is the perfect place for a family or a couple wanting to be close to the Hyannis Main Street.

Cute house

We stayed for a girls getaway weekend and the house was great. It was very clean and the decor was perfect for a cape getaway. Location is close to beach and downtown. Its a busy road so traffic was the only downside. I would definitely stay again.

The place is exactly as photographed. It was very clean. It was in a good location to get to a couple local beaches by car ( not really walkable with a child). It was central to the cape so easy to take day trips. The only tricky part was the driveway is in a four way intersection so made it a little hard getting in and out.

Great House for Family of 4

This house was a perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the decor and the easy access to the center of town. We were able to check in early and host was very responsive and helpful. No issues, very comfortable place.

Close to everything in Hyannis. We laughed that everything we wanted to go to was 7 minutes away. Home was comfortable and clean. Only drawback is the driveway is a little tricky getting in and out. The road is a little busy. But we would stay there again.
