Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.

This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.

This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

The property is clean and neat. It is very nicely, decorated appliances, etc. everything works fine.The hosts are easy to work with.This is my second time to rent those place and it’s been perfect both times

Jamie and Brian were amazing to stay with! They had fabulous communication with us. The property was very clean and adorable. It was in a fantastic location to the boardwalk and beach! Will definitely book with Jamie and Brian again next time we visit!

We absolutely LOVED the beach bungalow! Location was perfect! The rental was just what we needed to celebrate a 40th birthday! Definitely hope to be back soon!

Amenities, location, host communications, ALL were great…. Hope to visit again. Quiet residential street but is still in walking distance to all the action of the boardwalk, restaurants and beach./ferris wheel.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the beach but far enough to be in a quiet, calm location. Market with coffee/ snacks / breakfast etc right across the street. House was clean and comfortable, provided everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Looking forward to returning!

This property is in a great location. We walked to the beach every day, along with restaurants, bars and the boardwalk. The house was good for 2 couples but there is limited seating in the living room. Also it is very skimpy on the linens, 1 towel per person and no extra blankets. They did have a coffee pot but no filters or coffee. Very limited supplies (not even salt and pepper). Other than that the house was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for my husband and I. Super cute inside and out. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need and very clean. Parking was easy. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere in about 2-5 minutes.

Excellent home for a short getaway. It was clean and well equipped for our needs. The location is within walking distance for restaurants, beach access, and shops. We highly recommend the house and the owners were phenomenal.

Our stay was phenomenal the home was fresh and clean upon arrival, quiet location and close to everything, owners are friendly. We will definitely stay at this location again.
