Watch the Sunset over the Marina from this Fripp Island Marshfront Home! 3 Kings

Welcome to Fripp Island! Watch the sunset over the Fripp Island Marina with expansive marsh views from the living area, kitchen, some bedrooms and the large deck. This home has four bedrooms and three full baths. Three bedrooms have king beds in them. One bedroom has two queens. There is also a pull out queen couch in a semi-private room for additional guests. Three full baths all have combo tub/showers in them. This home is located near the center of the island in the Sawgrass Bluff neighborhood. You have pool access without having to purchase amenity cards. It is a short walk/bike ride/cart rode away. A crabbing dock in Sawgrass Bluff is available for your use. All amenities of Fripp are just a short golf cart ride away. The large deck on the rear of the home overlooks the marsh. Watch the sunset directly over the Fripp Island Marina.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King Bed with attached full bathroom, TV.

Bedroom 2: King Bed with shared attached Jack and Jill full bathroom.

Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds with shared attached Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4: King bed with no attached bathroom. Full hall bathroom just a few steps out of the room.

Bedroom 5: Pull out Queen sofa bed. This room has a TV in it and has 2 doors so it can be private. To access two of the bedrooms, you do need to walk through this room.

GUEST CARDS - Guest cards are only needed to access certain amenities on the island (such as the resort pools, golf course and restaurants). You do NOT need a Guest card to access the beach. Only those 13 years and older need a Guest Card. Should you wish to purchase cards, please let us know after you have booked the property.

**The Fripp Island Resort has instituted a new fee on the purchase of guest club cards for all reservations booked after 3/3/2023. This fee (12.8%) will be assessed on the gross rental total of the booking (nightly rate x #nights) and will be in addition to the price of the club cards. This fee is only collected if club cards are purchased by the guest. Please be aware that this is not a fee passed on to the individual owner but rather assessed by and paid to the Fripp Island Resort.**

We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The view was beautiful from. The outdoor showers were a unexpected bonus. We would definitely chose to stay there again.

Space is great for families and young ones

This is our 2nd time staying here, the space fits all 11 of us with plenty of room. The kitchen has everything needed to cook during your stay. The toy room is always a big hit!

Great stay!

Grant was very responsive and informative when I had questions. Marsh area is a nice quiet escape and the community pool was nice to have. Love going to Fripp island!

This is a perfect place for a large group to enjoy Fripp Island. Tons of room -- more like two units in one. Comfortable, well-stocked, quiet, and right on the marsh. Fripp beaches are great, but the marsh is really beautiful. Tall Pines Circle allows you privacy and quiet, plus easy access to the beach, plus the community pool a few steps away, all for a price you can't touch for beachfront. It was perfect for us.

Exactly as described!

Property exactly as described in listing! Grant was available to assist us with any questions regarding our stay. The area was very quiet and the pool was a nice surprise!

Plenty of room! Owner is great! House could use some updates, but still very accommodating! Fripp is our favorite place to go!! Deer are so amazing!

Fripp Trip 2023

We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was having access to the pool in our community. Kids loved coming back from the beach and being able to go to the pool in the evenings. House was roomy enough for us all.

Great beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Fripp! The house was perfect for two families, with two bedrooms in the front of the house and two bedrooms in the back. Some things we loved- two fridges, everything we needed in the kitchen, and lots of extra bath towels and kitchen towels! We especially enjoyed the private neighborhood pool. We saw plenty of deer, and three bald eagles. The kids had a blast. We hope to come back!

This was the perfect place for our vacation with our 3 adult children and their spouses and friends, totaling 8 adults. Very spacious with doors to separate the living areas. Love the large deck facing the marsh. A nice surprise was having 2 fridges. A big bonus was the large driveway. We fit 4 cars and 3 golf carts easily. It was nice being close to the beginning of the island. Made trips to Beaufort seem quicker.

Stay here for the view!!

The house was great, it accommodated 12 with no problems, the owner was patient and answered all of my questions since this was our first time on Fripp. The view is amazing!! I almost Didn’t want to go to the beach because it was so peaceful and beautiful. A deer family would come by and check on us each day. Check before buying accommodation cards. Everyone in our group bought them And we could not use them because a wedding was there all weekend. As far as the owner and house, we will definitely want to come back! WhAt an amazing weekend!!!

Has everything you need for a large group

We had 5 adults, 2 teens, and 3 preschoolers stay here together. This is a spacious property with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. We loved the location on the marsh, it’s proximity to everything on Fripp, and enjoyed the speedy internet. Recommended!
