Enjoy In-Town living for your visit, or extended stay, in Crested Butte!

Located on the east side of town, your Crested Butte Townhome offers all the comforts of your home away from home.

Enjoy dedicated off street parking, mature fenced lawn & garden, open concept kitchen, dining & living, and simply unwinding in a great spot off the downtown corridor.

Here's the layout:

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, laundry room, entry area, covered porch & outdoor patio.
The Second floor hosts the kitchen, dining, living, deck & 1/2 bath.
The 3rd floor is where you'll find the master bedroom and full bath with shower.

Crested Butte Townhome and Crested Butte Townhouse are sister properties, adjacent to each other, and are available to book together for larger families and groups.

Fantastic House in a Fantastic Town!

This house is perfectly located in Crested Butte and surrounded by beautiful mountain views! It’s well appointed and beautifully done - we were here for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay at this home. The weather was perfect and so much to do in town that’s just a short walk away. Mike was a phenomenal host and very communicative. We will be back!

Quiet friendly neighborhood

We were in town for a wedding. We drove up from the city and once we arrived we very rarely needed to drive anywhere. We walked to the grocery store and local restaurants along Elk street. The kids enjoyed all the nearby parks and playgrounds. We also visited the river nearby. The home was lovely and well furnished with towels, linens, and kitchen utensils. I definitely recommend this location.

Great house!

Awesome Stay in Crested Butte

Wonderful well kept property close to town and shuttle. Great layout with two bedrooms on the first floor, living on the second with great views of the mountains and master on the third floor. Parking and entry foyer for dropping your gear was really convenient.

Gorgeous Spot!

Mike is an awesome host - he was easy to reach, and also reached out to us to make sure everything was ok. The house is in fantastic shape, super clean & beautiful views from every window. Not to mention the gorgeous views out the front door, as the park is just a block a way. Easy walk to the bus stop. Im sure it’s even easier in the Spring, Summer & Fall. Thanks Mike!!

The ideal spot!

What an amazing stay we had at this property! Everything is well appointed and has everything one could possibly need. Nespresso machine was a big hit. Hosts are highly accommodating and very gracious. We will most certainly be back!

Crested Butte Wedding

My wife and I along with two siblings stayed at the home for a family wedding. Mike was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. The property was exceptionally clean, well furnished, and the workmanship inside the home very well done. We would stay here again. Jim

Perfect Location & Layout!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mike's property. This was the perfect location for us with easy access to nearby parks for the kids and walking distance to downtown CB. The property is beautifully designed and has everything you need. We loved the little yard and communication with Mike was great. Would stay here again and again! Thanks Mike!

Family Stay in the mountains

Loved our stay there... Everything about it was great... Too bad we werent allowed to adjust thermostat and AC. (Summer is hot inside)... However, by opening windows, Temperature inside cooled down.

Warm Wonderful Retreat in CB

We were in Crested Butte for a week attending a family wedding in March. The home was well designed, well appointed, quiet, comfortably warm, and very clean. It was well located, convenient to all amenities. We especially appreciated the kitchen design and high end appliances and accessories. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and spacious. Plenty of electrical outlets made it easy to charge phones, laptops, etc.. The owner responded promptly when we had a question. The only suggestion would be a small desk area and perhaps another television. We would like to return on another occasion.

Spotless, modern, well-stocked, comfortable!

We were blown away by the cleanliness and overall setup of the townhome when we walked in. It's obvious that it had just been renovated. Every detail was thoughtful, and every need we had was met. Things we especially loved: - The extremely well-stocked kitchen (so many pots, pans, gadgets, glasses, sharp knives, etc) - The comfortable beds / bedding - The heated floors! - The coded keypad for entry (super easy) - The storage in the bedroom closets for unpacking our clothes It was a perfect haven for our group of six adults after long days of skiing the steeps up at the mountain. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a fantastic stay. The house is super clean and tastefully done. Great appliances and well-equipped kitchen. A short walk to the shuttle and to town. We didn’t drive our car at all. We were cozy and comfy while CB got 50” of snow! The homeowners checked in on us and kept the driveway and walkway clear. Would definitely stay here again.
