Our acre of waterfront sits in a unique "micro-climate" of tranquility. Science now recognizes the profound impact of "Blue Space"—the physiological shift that occurs when we are near flowing water. The Wallkill River provides a natural acoustic reset, lowering cortisol and regulating the nervous system. We chose this spot so our guests could experience "Soft Fascination," where the mind rests and focus returns simply by watching the current.

We are positioned at the literal gateway to the Shawangunk Ridge. I wanted a home base where "Forest Bathing" wasn’t a commute, but a daily ritual.
