Our one-bedroom guest house offers serenity and privacy on the Shawangunk Kill river, surrounded by the natural beauty of local farmland and "the Gunks" mountains. Step outside to soak in the tub, kayak, enjoy a bbq, or gather around the firepit. When the spirit of exploration calls you, it's only a short drive to hiking, biking, and world-class rock climbing, along with wineries, breweries, farms, orchards, cider mills, and many fine restaurants. A retreat for body, mind, and soul.

Wonderful stay and a serene oasis. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Excellent communication from the host to help with any concerns along the way. The place was a perfect spot to crash after a long, wedding-guest weekend. Would love to come here again when we have more time to explore the trails and wineries nearby.

Everything about our stay was incredible and photos don’t do this location justice. Bill is incredibly friendly and helpful, the property is gorgeous, the area is stunning, and the people are so friendly. Could not recommend the stay enough!

Very very comfortable rental. Quiet and private. Nicely finished clean rental with comfortable furniture and bed. Appreciated the quiet mini split air conditioners and the deck with corn field views.Would definitely stay again when in the area.Owners provided excellent information on nearby restaurants.Highly recommend

Wonderful, well kept and maintained property and amenities. Host was very welcoming and consistently communicative. We had a lovely time (our dogs did too!) and plan on returning.

A unique getaway in a beautiful area. A well designed, clean and spacious spot is situated in a beautiful area close to hiking trails and restaurants. My husband and I and our two dogs greatly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! William provided all the supplies and information we needed for an easy and comfortable time. Fabulous recommendations for local restaurants and outdoor adventures, or whatever we were looking for. The hot tub was a huge hit! We wish we took more time at the house to use the kayaks and walk the trails! You could stay at the house and not leave and have everything you need for a relaxing adventure in the Catskill region! Highly recommend!! Thank you William!

We loved our stay! This was the perfect spot for us to get away. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook together, sitting on the covered deck during a thunderstorm had great views, the hot tub was lovely and clean, and we got to explore towns near by. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The house was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a standout, beautiful and so inviting. We only wish we had taken advantage of it more because we already miss it!The location was great, with easy access to nearby hiking and several really good restaurants in the area. We were in town to visit the Stormville Flea Market, which was about a 50-minute drive, and it was definitely worth the trip. We had a great time there.William was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again!

This was our second time here for our anniversary. It was perfect for the dogs myself and my husband. We got wonderful food and hike recommendations from the host. It was a perfect weekend away. Our dogs also loved it!

Gardiner Stay

We had a nice stay while in Gardiner. It was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful scenery for a quiet getaway William was very helpful letting us know the good spots around as well.

Minawaska Hiking

The property is close to Minawaska State Park where we went hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a nice stay. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby too.

Great little getaway! The kids loved the property. We ventured out in each direction each day to do activities. So much to see and do in the area. Host was very helpful and communicative.
