Our family enjoyed our weekend stay. This property was not only a beautiful home, but the large deck, the short walk to the beach, ( Beach gear made it very nice) and near the historic downtown area made it a wonderful place to stay. The owner was easy to contact. The ease of the check in and check out process was nice! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for the snacks!!

Place was great, clean and as advertised. Owner was very responsive to my texts and helpful. Charcuterie board and chips were a nice touch. There are some tiles (outside of kitchen) that are loose, but not a problem just a concern. Also the sliding doors are tough…typical for beach house. Perfect location for us. High marks for this VRBO!

Lisa was such a blessing for us. She was absolutely amazing. This house is stocked with everything you could possibly think you need. Just a short walk to the beach. No need to bring beach accessories, Lisa has that taken care of. Would highly recommend this home.

Our 5 sisters' reunion was wonderful. The beach house had everything we could've possibly needed for our week of vacation. Lisa went out of her way to make sure we had a tray of cheeses, meats, fruit - and more!! - upon our arrival, so the "necessary" grocery trip could wait a day while we unpacked and settled in. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable as well as a short distance to the beach. Even with a few rainy days (much needed in Florida at the time) - we had a covered balcony to enjoy the warm temps (or stay inside with A/C) and just hang out together, playing games we grew up with - like Scrabble and Yahtzee - all provided by the host. Restaurants are nearby as well as St Augustine's shops. Looking for another excuse to stay there again. Loved it!!

Great location for Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation, the beach is a short walk on a quiet street and is beautiful! Sunrise over the ocean was amazing.Relaxing on the porch after a day at the beach was great too. Easy to get to Old Town shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen too. Lisa has included everything you could possibly need to have a great stay!! Can't wait to return!

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Butler Beach house and would definitely do it again. The hosts were great and very accommodating. They made us feel very welcome!! The whole experience was great.

Christmas 2022

Great stay at the house. Lisa had it all decorated, had a small tree for us to decorate and left us a nice little welcome basket. Great house would certainly stay again if in St. Augustine

Above and beyond our expectations

Extremely happy we picked this beautiful house and location to stay in St Augustine. All the amenities you can think of (and some you won’t think of) and the location was perfect. Lisa was very accommodating and the best host we’ve experienced using VRBO in 10 years. Totally recommend this for your family vacation.

Great Getaway

Everything you need to enjoy a few days at the beach. Three adult couples were able to share this house with our own private space. Weather was great so we could enjoy the beach. All necessities were provided. Thanks

Cousins reunion

The property was very well appointed. We found every possible amenity needed to enjoy our stay. The breezes on the back porch were delightful- our favorite place to relax. Our host was thoughtful with special touches preparing for our visit of 72-82 year old ladies all celebrating summer birthdays.

Perfect property for our group

This house is unique in that it has three master bedrooms with King size beds and private bathrooms. This is especially great for a group of couples. The house is so close to the most beautiful, uncrowded beach. The property owner was especially responsive and accommodating. This was our second stay at this house and we will return.

Home sweet Home away from home

Lisa is amazing! She left a fully stocked snack basket & sand buckets with bubbles for our boys. She is so thoughtful. The house has everything you could ever need from beach towels, to kitchen appliances & beyond. We loved our stay & would highly recommend booking!

Lovely house near the beach!

We loved our stay in this very clean, comfortable home! It was just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous! Lisa, our host, was wonderful. She answered questions promptly and allowed us to have a later checkout. The basket of goodies was a special treat; thank you! The home’s beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We loved having the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. It was a fantastic stay!

Wonderful Vacation

I would highly recommend Coral Beach to everyone! The house was amazing, clean, and perfect for our family of eight. Lisa is a wonderful host and thinks of everything you could possibly need during your stay. She was even gracious enough to leave us a basket of goodies including fresh chocolate chip cookies. Perfect getaway

This is a very clean and comfortable house. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Best part about this house is the host. You won’t find one better. No need to scroll past this one. If your group will fit, book it. You won’t regret it.

Week with friends

We spent a wonderful week with our friends touring St. Augustine and relaxing on the beach. The house was wonderful. Great location to the beach and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the fluffy bath towels! Lisa provided a basket of snacks for us which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. I highly recommend this rental! Thanks Lisa!!

We love Lisa! She is the best host we’ve ever had! This was our second year staying at this home, we can’t wait to come back again in the future! Lisa does an amazing job! Hopefully the first of many visits

We just returned from our family vacation with our two college age children. I had read the excellent reviews about Lisa's hospitality and she exceeded our expectations. From the start, Lisa was available and welcoming. The house was very clean and set up to give us a comfortable feeling of home. We didn't need to bring anything but our clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and we had an easy walk to the beach. We hope to visit again!

Sibling Week

We liked how similar the three bedrooms were so deciding who gets what bedroom was very easy. The proximity to the beach was perfect where we would walk along the shore every day when not exploring the local attractions, most of which took only about 10 – 15 minutes to get to. The house was very comfortable with plenty of soft towels, dishes and cookware. The extra touch of snacks and personal welcome note was like icing on the cake.

Cheerful beach house with attention to detail

Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful time at this lovely house with plenty of room to relax. We spent quite a bit of time on the upstairs covered deck with comfortable seating. Lisa was a most generous host who provided snacks, coffee and tea, and an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The house was spotless and well-decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were luxurious. We really liked the covered parking, as it was easy to unpack and avoid rain, and kept the car cool. The location was great, and Lisa provided very helpful recommendations for places to eat and local attractions. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great location, clean, wonderful host!

We stayed over the Christmas Holiday. The house was decorated for Christmas, were lots of treats and even gift bags for each guest. We rented 3-houses over this week, as it was multi-family gathering. This house was the only one that provided enough amenities (ie. soap, TP, paper towels, shampoo) to last us the entire stay. Outdoor deck space is a real highlight of the house, unfortunately was a little chilly for us to use extensively during our stay. Short, easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs were provided and host really goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.

Pickleball Weekend

Owner allowed early check in, allowing us to get to the beach early on that day. Found the house beautifully decorated, well stocked with anything you could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Huge snack basket and wonderful charcuterie tray were waiting for us upon arrival. Beach cart and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available for use. Everyone loved the place! Checkout was a breeze, easier than any I ever had. Well done!
