Perfect space to relax with family and friends. Located in a unique ocean front neighborhood with just a short walk to direct beach access, perfect for kids and pets with no roads to cross. The home features a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with an open concept to dining and living room, updated bathrooms with all linens and towels provided. Relax on the front deck with custom adirondack chairs or enjoy the backyard featuring a covered dining space with grill to cookout on with wood burning fire pit. Private large outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Yard is completely fenced in for your 4 legged friends to enjoy with an optional dog door into the house. Neighborhood is close to many great restaurants near the beach but also conveniently located to downtown historic St. Augustine and all it has to offer.

Perfect Location for beach and historic st Augustine!

This place is perfectly situated within a very short walk to beach access used only by those in the neighborhood and a short drive to the historic areas of St Augustine. Spacious bedrooms rooms, enough space for 8 adults to hang out comfortably, and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the weather!

What a sweetlittle place!

There were so many wonderful things about this house, like falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and the comfy living/ dining area, and things it was unfortunately a little chilly to do like eat outside and use the outdoor shower. Loved it, next time I'll stay longer!

We really loved the neighborhood. A short stroll to the beach. House is small but comfortable. Our doggie loved the fenced in yard.

We (and our dog!) had a great time

We thank our host for a great stay. The house was just as described--we loved the deck out front, the quiet neighborhood, easy beach access, and fantastic showers! The beds were comfy, the decor cute, and our dog loved being able to run around the backyard. We would recommend and stay again!

Great house and perfect location for a beach stay

House was great and really loved that they had it decorated for the holidays. They even had a Christmas tree which my grandkids loved. Will definitely stay again if back in the area. Hostess was great to work with too. Very responsive.

Short walk to the beach!

We had a great stay at this property. Clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, and we appreciated that a lot of the beach items were provided. Very short walk to the beach.

Great location and cute home!

The home was clean and very close the the beach. The rental had beach chairs and a cart for bringing to the beach. The space in the backyard was very comfortable for spending time together eating/playing games. The owner was quick to respond to messages and very kind. Would stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We recently stayed at this beautiful beachfront property and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house itself is well-maintained and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a lovely outdoor patio perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails by the bonfire pit. The master bedroom was especially comfortable, with a plush bed and a private bathroom.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like beach towels and chairs, which made our beach days even more enjoyable.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable beach vacation. Perfect home away from home

My family and I stayed at this property when we came in to St. Augustine for my graduation. The home was warm and inviting and everything that the listing claimed. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. My son really enjoyed the outdoor shower! 😂 Thank you so much Shannon for letting us use your home!

Excellent First Family Trip to St. Augustine

We had a great family stay in this beach house. Four children slept comfortably on the bunk beds and two sets of parents took the remaining rooms. It was a short walk to the quiet neighborhood beach and also a short drive to downtown. The backyard was perfect for a small dog and there was plenty of additional space for more guests (futon and couches). I'd recommend this house for families or large groups if the beach is your primary attraction.

Great Family Place

First of all the host is super helpful and very quick to respond. The house has everything that we need from beach chairs to kitchen utensils and everything in the kitchen. The place is super close to the beach and the grocery store. Thanks again for being so accommodating:)

Very cute beach house

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very nicely decorated and clean. The backyard was fenced and great for dogs. They even had a cute doggie door. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Only complaint is that the beds are quite noisy. Otherwise, highly recommended. Would stay again!

Beach getaway success

This property did not disappoint. Updated interior, quality bedding and towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. Nice backyard area with outdoor shower, pergola and fire pit. Backyard was more sand/dirt than grass but worked perfectly for us. Easy walk to beach and many other places. Communications with property were fantastic. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing Beach Home

We are truly grateful to the owners of this home. They thought of everything. Our family had an amazing stay, we walked to the beach that is right down the road. Home is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home. Extremely clean!! Very happy with our choice. Thank you so much for making our little stay special. **if there one thing I would add tot he kitchen is a potato peeler** but other than that thank you so much!

First St. Augustine Visit

The house is located in a great neighborhood with access to a beautiful beach. It was also very dog friendly. Although maybe in need of some backyard landscaping so all of the sand is not brought into the house. Maybe some pea stone? There was good communication with the owner when a minor issue came up. The house needs a good deep cleaning, some furniture upgrading, and is in need of more silverware. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked for cooking/eating.

Great Location, wonderful owner!

We had to find a place to stay last minute and were fortunate to find this home. It was just the two of us, we like having extra space. The owner was exceptional! We had some questions while we wre there and she was very quick at responding. This home was also decorated properly; what I mean by that is when one stays in Florida, the decor should reflect that. It has a very beach/seashore appeal. The home was also only a short walking distance to the beach, no driving and hunting for parking. We would definitely return.

Close to everything but maybe too pricey

We found cockroaches in the back room but could be coz it’s door opens into backyard. We did NOT find any soap or shampoo in bathrooms which is super weird, I’ve traveled a lot and never found a hotel or Airbnb that didn’t have soap in their bathroom (even the chelates motels have soap). Rest was good.kids liked bunk beds. It’s close to the beach and historic district. I’d say based on this particular review, it felt too pricey when you don’t even find soap

Beach Escape

We stayed at this place with a group friends and had the best experience imaginable! The house is nestled in a cute and quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach. It was a beautiful place to watch the sunset, sunrise and to relax on the beach or enjoy the beautiful warm, blue ocean! We also enjoyed sitting outside in the adirondack chairs in front of the house and out back where we grilled and relaxed after a day at the beach! The house is immaculate and generously equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to a day at the beach! The beds are comfortable and the kids loved being together in the room with the bunk beds! We especially loved the beachy vibe throughout the home, from the walls to the linens! Shanon was an amazing host! She was attentive, friendly and accommodated all of our requests, including a late check out. She responded immediately to all messages and was understanding and helpful every time! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but, centrally located a short drive from grocery stores, t shirt shops and restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay! We highly recommend this place and working with the host, Shanon. We will definitely stay here again!!
