Our 1950s cottage has been thoughtfully renovated and recently refreshed while keeping the cozy charm that makes it feel like home. With an open living space, large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of thoughtful extras, the Cottage on Hughes is designed to make your Fayetteville stay easy and comfortable.

Really sweet spot, exactly as described. The hosts were easy to work with and communicative. We had several activities at the university & it was easy access to the school plus exploring Fayetteville. It was a great spot to relax & recharge. We’ll be back.

Great attention to details for all creature comforts, comfortable, clean and very responsive hosts. Beds sure comfortable and location close to the university. Kitchen well stocked with tools to cook. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Mom’s weekend getaway

Excellent in every way! Clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, lots of towels, and practically on campus. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Fantastic property and amazing owners!! Very quick walk to Maples or the stadium, the property is so well kept and the whole process was amazing. This will be the property I stay at for the duration of my daughter's college experience.

My husband, James, and I have lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for over ten years. We both graduated from the University of Arkansas and have stayed here to build a life and family. We love this area and enjoying giving guests the best experience when visiting Fayetteville that we can.

Hospitality and interior decorating are both things I have always loved. Sharing our properties with others feels like a dream. We pride ourselves in giving guests the best possible little getaway during a trip.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Although new to VRBO, The Cottage on Hughes has been a short term rental for close to two years. It has been so fun to host a wide variety of people and to see everyone enjoy this little house as our family has for so many years before. Our guests range from football fans who are in town for a Razorback game, college parents wanting to spend time with their kids, young families in town to visit all Northwest Arkansas has to offer and so much more.

The Cottage on Hughes is the perfect place to be if you want to truly experience Fayetteville. It is just a short distance to anywhere in town you would like to visit and just a short walk up Garland Ave to campus.
