Cute, clean, and nice neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and there was plenty of room to relax. Easy access to downtown Fayetteville, and there's a great breakfast restaurant right around the corner too.

Wonderful little house, close to the baseball field which was why we were there, very clean, beds were comfortable, had all the necessities you need. Just wish everything was included in the price per night that is advertised instead of hitting me with well over 100 in fees at check out. But was very happy with the house and the host!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay

The home was clean and basic. We felt it needed an additional lock that could only be opened from indoors as the surrounding neighborhood feels marginal. The house is very bare-bones, kitchen minimally stocked. Basic amenities like soap & sponges were not available. Perfect for a group of guys just looking to crash. Not ideal for groups looking to cook, relax and enjoy the home.

Great location!

This property had a great location to all popular Faye spots including trails! The property manager quickly responded and fixed a problem that popped up with the house, and it was greatly appreciated! Great outdoor space too! The en-suite bathroom did not have plugs so all electric (hair dryer, toothbrush, face brush) had to be used in hall bathroom. As well items I might add for overall convenience would be more “gather friendly” furniture in living room for family and friends to gather and visit. And it was great to have shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms, thank you, you might add body wash. Overall it was a nice stay!

Wedding Destination

Probably great for younger people attending football games or college events. We had a 55+ group of 3. No dining table, very small breakfast table. No places to put luggage and things in the bedrooms/beds only. Very roomy, yet stark furnishings. No icemaker. Everything was very clean, and nice, just not enough furnishings. Very nice, attentive host. Neighborhood a little surprising.
