We were surprised by your negative review because you had seemed satisfied with our service and accommodations until your truck became an issue. We would like to clarify that your truck was significantly larger than a standard car, and as a result, both the Icon Brickell valet parking and adjacent parking at the Bank of America building were unable to accommodate it. We regret that we were not aware of the oversized nature of your vehicle, and we would have provided you with this information had we known. Regarding the cleanliness issue, we strive to maintain our apartments in pristine condition, and any oversight is immediately addressed by our housekeeping team. In your case, we offered to send housekeeping to your apartment the next morning to address any issues. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by our inability to accommodate your vehicle, and we appreciate your feedback.

Our site manager passed by to take care of the sink drains as soon as you let us know. As for the dishwasher we would've loved to assist had we been notified. We are glad we were able to assist with the other issues. We provide initial supplies for convenience, however, it is a private apartment and we suggest purchasing supplies if needed. Unfortunately, parking is quite tricky, especially in Brickell since it is the city center. We always provide suggestions for parking especially if requested as we do not know if you have a vehicle or not. In any case, we are sorry you did not have the experience you expected and we hope you will be back again to give us another chance! Thanks again!

The parking can become a headache as Brickell does get busy. We suggest our guests book the parking with us in advance, as we have limited availability. (Our parking is located a block away and does have in and out privileges). In regard to the pool, we apologize for this unforeseen inconvenience, we were notified at the same time you were, with very little notice. I am glad it was available quickly after that. The times for the pool are sunrise to sunset (as they do not want anyone around at night to prevent any accident). It was a pleasure hosting you and your family and we hope you visit us again soon!
