Great Short Visit

Great place for a group of 4. We had a weekend stay here while we spent some time in Atlanta for a trip. Great stay - exactly as advertised. Nice backyard. Only thing is maybe bring your own kitchen utensils.

Don't let the 4 for location startle anyone. Getting to the house could be nerve racking for some nased on what you drive by with graffiti art work. Just a lot of old mill style homes, but quiet, friendly people around. Yard was maintained well, house is obviously older but very nice. Nothing fancy but all rooms were equipped with comfortable beds, tv's, lights and accessories. Have bug spray ready to wear, especially out back. Mosquitoes will be hungry. However, at night, the fireflies are wonderful to watch and enjoy. If i can make 1 little suggestion, blackout curtains in bedrooms. When its daylight, its bright in the house with the windows. Appliances worked perfectly amd more than enough seating in the house and outside. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Comfortable Property, Friendly Host

The house itself was excellent - comfortable, well furnished, and had everything we needed. Each room has a TV with a roku or something similar, which was very nice. The host was also responsive and friendly in the one issue we had. The neighborhood is not the best, but we never felt unsafe. The location was also great, right in the middle of everything.

Very disappointed

This home on the website make you think this property is huge. When I first got there, unloading my bags there was dog feces all in the front yard. Upon going into the home, it smelled like an older home which caused one of my friends sinuses. However, the home was clean, but there was pet hair all over the couches. We had to go out and buy pots and strainers to cook with we also had to buy a can opener being that the one manual can opener that’s in the home does not work. I reached out to the owner about the Internet and never heard anything back so I was without Internet all weekend.

Weekend Stay for Football Game

It was a great stay overall. The backyard is fantastic! It was much more affordable than a hotel. I will say that the area surrounding it isn’t the best, but the neighborhood itself was quiet and little traffic. Close to everything we did! Would stay again!

Atlanta rental

We appreciated how the host communicated to help with an ongoing issue of thermostat. She was honest and did her best . The home appears to be more updated and clean then it is advertised . The towels had stains on them, the home was clean but not fresh . The location was accurate for distance to downtown but the neighborhood was loud in the evening and the homes are abandoned next door each side . The backyard could be very nice but the furniture isn't taken care of and it's not as pictured .

Great stay!

This cute house had everything we needed. The backyard space was beautiful! Great location for getting to/from destinations around town, although there isn’t much within walking distance. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, convenient, and kind host

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and near everything we wanted. The host was exceptional and suoer easy to reach. My only complaint was the couch is oddly uncomfortable.

Comfortable and Quiet

The property was amazing. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Getting to destination to destination for us was a breeze. Ordering from uber eats if you use them was easy. Us guys was able to conduct our business meeting at this property and we made use of the backyard as we did photo shoots indoor and out. I plan to come back to Atlanta in July and if this property is available I'll be renting again.

Cute Home

We loved staying here. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but very close of you wanted to go to the aquarium or botanical garden or grab a fancy dinner! The house and the yard were so cute! We would definitely stay again!
