Beautiful 6 Bed / 6 Bath newly renovated. Perfect multi-family lakefront home!

Start making those family vacation memories today in this spacious, beautiful home. Located at the 10 mm, this open concept home has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. (see detailed bedroom/bathroom descriptions below.) Prepare large meals in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with seating for 23 ppl or grill out and enjoy the lake views from the enormous multi level tiered deck. After a day on the water come back and relax outside on the private dock, take in a movie in the theater room, hang out at the wet bar, lounge out and catch a game or play some shuffleboard. Our private dock includes table seating for 8, outdoor TV with wireless speakers, large fan, 2 covered boat slips, 2 drive on jet ski lifts, a jump platform, swim ladder, maui mat and sun loungers all for our guests to enjoy.
So much to do at this location with a world of outdoor space. Situated off of the main channel but close enough so you can quickly get to the bars and restaurants around the lake. Perfect home for large groups and families to be together!

Family reunion

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of table space for cards, beautiful spot on the lake for swimming, and great media room for late night movies. The house was beautiful with plenty of dishes, towels, and cozy blankets to ensure everyone was comfortable.

Great place for a large family...

We just finished a week stay here for a family reunion of 13. The bed / bath arrangement & spacious living spaces worked out perfectly. Communication with the owners was prompt & professional. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly & satisfactorily. Great experience! Communication Communication

Great home for families or large groups

The home is great for large groups/families! Very well stocked for kitchen needs, towels, and lots of rooms to play in. Beds are comfy. The dock is wonderful and the kids (and grown ups) loved the kayaks, the Maui mat, and the platform/ladder. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. If we ever go back to Lake of the Ozarks we will stay there!

Great weekend at the lake!

Property was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had more than enough space. Kids loved swimming off the dock when we weren't out boating. They loved the surf shack and theater as well! Kitchen was perfect for making a big breakfast every morning. The neighbors were very friendly!

Thanks for a great vacation

What a great property. The house and it's amenities were perfect. We had 4 couples and we never felt crowded. The dock was fantastic and plenty big enough for our boat. The house is located in a nice location in a cove off the main channel. The hosts are also wonderful to work with and very responsive. When we come back I will definitely look at renting this home again.

Great house!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house has so so much room and was perfect for our group. It sleeps way more people than what we needed but to have all the room and bathrooms was great. Its a really gorgeous home! It was super clean and well stocked. The huge deck and location on the lake was awesome as well. The lake can be pretty rough on the boat in the slip here. Not anyones fault just a heads up. We really enjoyed our stay here! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Layout

We had 9 adults on this trip and this house was laid out beautifully! Plenty of room in common areas that nobody felt on top of each other. House was the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. They have everything you could ever need to cook for a large group. Got to meet one of the owners upon checkin (we were a little early) nicest people. He even followed up with a text mid week to make sure everything was going well for us. 5 star hosts for sure. We will be staying here again!

Great Family Celebration

Really enjoyed our stay at this house!! The bedrooms were comfortable and enough bathrooms for entire crowd. Our ‘kids’ are older but enjoyed the space of the bunk room. Plenty of seating options inside for dining and laying out food. Loved the swim dock, lily pad and slide! Two round tables on dock provided even more seating. Loved the Adirondack chairs! Perfect for sunset viewing. Loved the theater room - a pleasant surprise since we didn’t really think we’d use it. Owners were really great to work with as well. Thanks for everything!

Family vacation

We stayed at this amazing property for a big family vacation and it was perfect!! The house is huge and has tons of room to play and hangout. The big deck with chairs was our favorite place to hangout in the evening. My family is a big water sport family which was a little difficult with all the boat traffic to Fank and Louie’s but there are several coves nearby you can find smooth water in. We were there over July 4th which may have been why the water was more rough in front of the house but the fireworks you see make the boat traffic completely worth it!! Overall it’s a great property, great location, and the owners are very kind!

Gorgeous home and location

We travel every summer with our family of grown kids and grandbabies. This year we had 11 adults and 13 grandbabies from 8 months to 11 years old. The house worked perfectly for everyone! Having a separate bedroom/bathroom for each family was a plus. Of course, the slide on the dock was amazing! The back deck was wonderful for the littlest ones to play, and the theater room was a hit for the kids to put on a talent show and watch Sing 2! Everyone said they would love to go back because it was such a great set up. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great for a large group

Fair location on the lake, a bit choppy at times due to main channel proximity, but closeness to Frankie & Louies was the gain. Had some issues with wifi router, tho the owner went the extra mile to quickly replace with a new suggested mesh system which worked great afterward. Having a garage fridge was a must. Onsite kayaks and swim mat were great to have. The seating in the kitchen nook and main dining area worked out well for our group of 15-17. In hindsight, the only thing I’d think about going forward was not being further up in a cove.

An awesome big group house!

We just left today. Hated to leave. Absolutely loved this home. 8 adults & 9 kids. Room for everyone and plenty of space to have your own space. Location is great with restaurant back in the cove.. the TV room big hit. Comfy beds, the huge bunk room is just so fun, kitchen very well equipped, decks are the best. Dock with the slide & big raft. Owners (host) are exceptional ~ Jen answered so quick & always wants you to have a great stay. Yes, we would sure go again. First time we stayed this side of bridge. Watching boat traffic from the decks is great too. Thanks for letting our family have a fabulous vaca making memories for a lifetime.

Great spot for family and friends

This place had all you could need! We have 5 couples with all of our kids ranging from 6 months to 15 years old and everyone had a great time. The kids loved playing in the water, fishing, hide and seek through the house, and watching movies on the theater. The bunk house was perfect for all of them. The boat docks were a plus as we had 2 boats with us. We stayed mainly in the channel the property was in because the main channel can get pretty choppy when it is busy. The driveway was the only part that wasn't great due to the large incline, but from the looks of it, most of the properties seem to be in the same situation so it wasn't a huge deal. All in all, this is a great spot, definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Amazing house and space

This house is amazing! There were 15 of us total, with 3 of them being under the age 4. Plenty of space to accomodate all of us. We utilized every room. The kitchen and eating areas were spacious and allowed for everyone to eat together. The decks were amazing to hang out on in the morning and evenings. It was over 100 degrees for a good portion of the week, so we were in the water alot. The theater room was nice to use late at night to watch movies. The dock area was a great hang out area when we were not in the boat. It is close to several restaurant/bars, which was nice. The boat ramp that we used was maybe 2 miles away and was very nice.

Family Christmas Vacation

This property was perfect for our extended family. There was plenty of room for everybody and a big plus was all the bathrooms. And the bunk room was perfect for all the kids. We had 9 adults and 6 kids. This house had so much room to either gather as a group or have some privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. We mostly ate in, so it was great to have everything we needed to prepare meals. There was plenty of seating for group meals. We had one fisherman in our group and he thoroughly enjoyed being able to fish from the dock whenever he wanted. After the cold weather left, we had a few days of nice weather and could get outside a bit. The decks were so well stocked with deck chairs and outside seating. The owners were very easy to work with and responded quickly to answer any questions. Everyone agreed this is the best rental property we have stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few in numerous states. We'd certainly love to come back again.

The kids are still talking about the lake house!

Finding a vacation home with plenty of room for 20 (my parents, siblings, their spouses, and children) is not an easy feat! The house is perfect--it's open and has plenty of space for relaxing, eating, sleeping, etc. There was even enough room for all of us to sit at the table! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed having their own space in the bunk room. My son was particularly impressed with the number of bathrooms! ;) The dock was a great space for relaxing and enjoying the lake. We loved admiring the sunset from the deck and taking tons of family pictures overlooking the lake. We were impressed with how quickly the owners responded with answers and solutions to our concerns or questions. They were fabulous! The only downside was that the steep driveway was difficult to navigate for my parents. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again! The kids are still talking about the lake house and our wonderful vacation together.

First Rate Home, First Rate Owners!

I can't say enough about how perfect this home was for my families annual (minus 2020 of course) gathering. It was clean, well appointed, and had so many things for different groups to do, but still had space for all of us to be together when needed. The dock had plenty of space and the slide and lily pad were great for on and in the water, the theater room was perfect for our TV watchers, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the cooks and bakers, if you can't find it, open another drawer, it will be there! We cooked in and grilled out and had everything we needed. The extra refrigerator in the garage and the smaller fridge in the downstairs bar area were put to good use so we only needed to do one shopping trip for the full stay. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels, and we used the large capacity washer and dryer to keep up with towels etc. for a long 4 day stay with the family. The grocery store, Woods, was only about 5 minutes away and they were convenience store for quick runs as needed. Not one person in our group, 18 adults and 2 children had anything to complain about (and a couple of them can be a little negative) and even a week later they are still talking about how comfortable and perfect this home was for us and sharing pictures and stories of how much fun they had. If the group doesn't get bigger, we absolutely are going to stay at this home again. I truly hope the Owners know what a great home they have and I thank them immensely for opening it to me and my family. 5 stars all the way!!

Alot mor steps than preferred for a senior group. Big incline drive not very conducive for loading and unloading. Overall, a great place!

My extended family of 12 had a wonderful time at this lovely property. House matches the pics. Dock was great. Owner communicates important information about bringing your own boat so let them know if you do.

So great!

This place is all that's advertised and more! We had 4 families (plus a couple extra adults) and fit here comfortably. It was important for us to have our own space, and we were easily able to give every family their own bathroom for the week (and we still had an extra!). The converted kids room was the game changer for us as all the kids were able to have their own space to relax and sleep, which also gave the adults the ability to hang out after the kids went to bed without having to sneak around the house. The location is great and we spent pretty much every day either on the boat or at the dock. The water can get choppy here due to the business of the water traffic in the area but it didn't bother us or our kids a bit. This place is definitely one to book for large groups. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful property

This property is perfect for large families. We were impressed at the cleanliness and upscale furnishings in the house. We traveled with our extended family of 13 kids and 7 adults and there was plenty of space for the teens and younger kids to spread out. There was enough to do at the house without ever leaving. The kids enjoyed swimming, fishing and kayaks were provided. One night we had a big storm hit the house and the breakers were tripped. We contacted the owners and they were prompt in getting back to us and even sent an electrician out the next day to check everything to make sure it was safe. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house and owners!

Yearly family trip.

After a couple hiccups to start the trip, we had a great time. Jennifer was extremely helpful taking care of a few issues we had when we arrived. She quickly solved our problems and went above and beyond to make things right. House has very nice rooms and furnishings. Dock is in a busy cove, so without a boat lift, we kept the boat out of the dock during the weekend. We had a great time, and really enjoyed the location near so many restaurants.

We love this house because it has so much room both indoors and out. It is also located in the area we love. Close to the main channel but far enough off that you don't have rough water all the time. It's also close to many of the restaurants we love or a quick boat ride to the south end, the Gravois Mills Arm, Grand Glaize Arm/Ozark State Park, and the Bagnell Dam. A complete renovation was completed in the offseason of 2022 and makes the house ideal for multiple families as there are now 3 full King Suites with private bathrooms and an amazing kids bunk room. We also just had a new concrete dock installed in April of 2023. It is much heavier than the previous wooden dock and handles even the busy, rough water holidays well. You will truly enjoy the enormous multi-level deck which is really nice for hanging outdoors, grilling, sunning or whatever. Heck you could have a wedding out there!
