Just one block from the beach, this newly remodeled and updated home is going to make your next Gulf Shores vacation a memorable one! Family-friendly, this retreat is perfect for the entire household looking to get away from the everyday! Inside, you'll have two levels of comfort and convenience. The living room enjoys beautiful floors, a TV, and lots of comfortable furniture, including two leather recliners. Take your pick of where to sit, as they all serve as terrific places to enjoy a favorite Netflix movie or some good conversation with old friends. Cook up something special in the full kitchen furnished with all new small and major appliances, plenty of counter space, and lots of storage for all your favorite vacation staples, then serve your dinner guests at the dining table. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, all of which contain new beds. There are two bedrooms on the first level and two more upstairs.

The lower-level bedrooms each have TVs and the upstairs rooms both have their own en-suite baths. Wake up to the toasty aromas of freshly brewed coffee and take your first cup out to the balcony to enjoy it in the salty sea air. After a day of frolicking on the beach, come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower before enjoying a nice glass of wine on the balcony. Luckily, if you want to experience the joys of the water at home, you can take a dip in the zero-entry backyard saltwater pool, complete with a bubbler and heating options. Go for a swim to get the blood going or use the included volleyball net in the water for some friendly competition. If you're feeling more mellow, enjoy sitting on the loungers in the pool and admiring the beautifully landscaped yard. The private washer/dryer will ensure you always have plenty of clean clothes during your stay, and the ceiling fan and central air-conditioning keep guests nice and cool during those hot summer afternoons.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
