We highly recommend this lovely cottage on Lake Bomoseen. The view of the lake from the living room is stunning and we had many relaxing evenings watching the sun set. The cottage is clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the entire home has been beautifully designed. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Our beautiful little house was trashed. Food left out, dirty dishes in the sink, burn mark on the bathroom counter from a candle, that was still there, when the instructions clearly states no open flames in the house. Windows were left open and rain came onto the sills and floor. The condition was deplorable and someone left a $10 bill with a note that said sorry near the filthy booster seat. As if that was enough to clean up the mess. Insulting. We have worked very hard to provide a nice place to stay. My experience with you renting previously was not like this. Did you rent this for a young, irresponsible relative/friend? Please don’t request to rent our home again. Jeanne and Charlie.

A Perfect Lake Getaway

We were impressed from the minute we pulled up to this property and it only got better once we got inside. A beautiful lake view, great outdoor space to enjoy and it’s in a great location to be able to get out and enjoy the area.

Cozy Lake View

We really enjoyed our stay in Bomoseen- it was only about a 45 minute drive from Killington and the home itself is very cozy with everything as expected from the listing. Loved the views of the lake from both floors!

Lovely stay at Lake Bomoseen

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, which was perfect for our party of three. The main room has a great view of the lake. The property is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great time at the cottage! It was perfect for a family of 4. There were even puzzles and games to keep the kids busy. We swam off the dock every day and enjoyed family dinners in the outdoor space. We look forward to coming back!

Cozy Relaxing Getaway

Very cozy home. If you had any questions hosts answered in just a few minutes. The home had everything you possibly needed and wasn’t too far from restaurants and ski mountains. Very clean home and safe to say the view was just amazing!

It’s a beautiful cozy place. Very very comfortable. There’s no microwave and you don’t have access to laundry services, but that’s not a big deal when you’re just there for a ski trip. It’s a beautiful area with all the needed comforts.

We bought this home in 2006 while visiting our daughter who was attending Castelton College. Jeanne was born in VT and has relatives here, Charlie loved the lake. It seemed like a perfect fit and it has been.
This lake is beau and has great fishing. We have found many hiking trails and activities besides the lake in and around the area. We have compiled a book with many of our favorites and some we intend to see
After 5 years old DIY renovations (still in progress) we decided to share our home with others who would love to come to Lake Bomoseen.
We hope you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. We welcome feedback
