Everything was great! The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool was perfect. Great being on the water - kids were able to catch crabs but no fish.

This house is incredible, and the Lopez family has thought of everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. The pool was fantastic, and the dock was ideal for crabbing. The beds were also extremely comfortable!

Bayville vacation

It was a beautiful and clean home. Great ammenities. The pool was a plus and the Blackstone grill! The host was very attentive and easy to contact.

Fantastic and Very Special

The home was wonderful. It was clean and well laid out with a great pool and fun outdoor activities. The host added many special touches to his home and was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Well appointed and very clean

The house is fantastic. Everything was spotless and the house had everything thing you could need right down to a shed full of pool toys.

Amazing house

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a much needed family vacation!! Gorgeous pool and views of the lagoon. We are already trying to pick our dates for next year. Love that we were able to bring our mini dachshund with us. He was a very well behaved house guest 😀 if I could give higher than 5 stars I would!!

Beautiful home

The property was exactly how it was pictured - bright, clean, spacious. Perfect for my friends to all get together and spend time poolside or coming together over meals. We were 1.5 miles away from an awesome bayside restaurant and also walking distance to a mini beach. Everything worked well from the wifi to outdoor Bluetooth speaker to the smart tv.

Wonderful get-away

We had an amazing time. The house was clean and very welcoming. It had everything we needed for a mini vacation. My teens loved the pool and the play area on the second floor. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks and spending our evenings in the beautiful backyard overlooking the bay. The Lopes’ were excellent hosts and we hope to come back in the future.

This house was perfect! The house was warm and inviting. We had 9 people and the house had more than enough room for us all. Beautifully decorated to make you feel like you're home. The host was awesome. If we had any questions we got immediate response. The house has everything, so you don't have to overpack. Enjoyed the coffee bar and the complimentary snacks. Very nice area and close to stores. If you're looking for the perfect, cozy home, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

The house and neighborhood were excellent! Having a private pool for the kids was great. The shed was equiped with everything we needed for the beach and the pool! That was such an added bonus. The kayaks were a great experience and so were the bikes! Really set this place apart and helped keep evwryone busy when we were not at the beach. Beds were very comfy. The neighborhood was very safe. Literally had everything we needed for our family vacation of 12

Great Vacation

What a great vacation we had. The house was very neat and all of the items they provided made it very accommodating. It almost felt like we were staying at a relatives house! We had five kids ranging from ages 3-7 and the pool was perfect for them and they all loved staying in the bunk bed room. One of the toilets got clogged and I couldn’t find a plunger, the owner had one sent over within a few hours. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Home !

The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean & has all of the things you would find in your own home which made this house HOMEY! The pool was beautiful & the Blackstone grill was a great find! We used it for everything & now purchasing one for our own home. Brian the Owner was communicative & responsive when we had a question. A truly great vacay experience! Worth every dime! Comfortable

Clean home. Backyard nice. Pool very nice but was dirty when we arrived. Owners promptly sent cleaners out within 24 hours.Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Had to bring extra small TVs as bedrooms don’t have them.Farther away from local recreation than anticipated.

Wonderful Home!!

My family and I had the most wonderful week!! The home is just beautiful. Super clean and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare our meals! The bedrooms were spacious and all the beds were made up with the most cozy linens and comforters. A linen closet filled with fluffy towels and the jacuzzi tub was a great treat!! It meant so much to have a swimming pool for the children. They so enjoyed it when they weren’t playing their games in the game room. There is a shed equipped with wonderful outdoor

We had a wonderful week! The home was very well maintained, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The outside area was fabulous – the pool and tiki hut along with the canal. It was a beautiful setting, quiet and very relaxing. We enjoyed the nearby beaches and together with the pool, it was perfect for our family. Communication before and during was easy and the owners were very responsive to the few issues we had. I highly recommend this home and thank you for helping make our vacation so memorable!
