Just a few minutes' drive over the bridge takes you to the gorgeous white sand beaches of Perdido Key.

House rules:
- No smoking indoors
- No large house parties/weddings
- Must disclose total number of guests
- Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am
- Video only surveillance is on the stairs facing driveway/carport and the stairs facing dock for the security of vehicles and watercraft
