Only a block away from largest Bike Trail in Sarasota - Legacy Trail. All restaurants, clubs, shopping is only minutes away!
Open , Modern floor plan with Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room. Entire house was done and decorated by designer for Comfort and Relaxation. Large table in Dining Room sits 6-8 people. Big space in the Living Room and very comfortable sectional , 70" Smart TV , high speed internet. Huge Lanai with smart TV, dining table for 8 people, Lounge chairs by pool area and Grill. For your use we provide 4 adult Bikes, toddler bikes, baby Trailer/Carriage, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Towels, beach toys and floating toys.

Perfect place to stay in Sarasota!

We would highly recommend this lovely vrbo. The house was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay in Sarasota

Everyone enjoyed the beautiful home and outdoor living space. We appreciated the thoughtful planning that anticipated all of our needs during our stay. The outdoor pool and dining area was so lovely. The neighborhood is quiet with the added bonus of the Legacy Trail only two blocks away.

House was very updated- owners responded very quickly to any issues- neighborhood a bit rundown but safe and in a great location- convenient to legacy trail. Beaches and downtown sarasota. It was a very enjoyable 2 weeks- - only thing missing was a full length mirror! Woukd rent again

Great stay for our family vacation!

House was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool and outside dining area with TV was great for us while our son swam. Everything was super clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Escape

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was perfectly located, with easy access to the Siesta Key and Lido beaches. We also enjoyed the private pool and relaxing accommodations. Perfect for a family with children.

Very clean and great location

We stayed for 17 days in June/July. We had a great experience with this rental. The house was very clean, very well equipped and great location. Near everything! The pool and lanai was perfect!

Luxurious Sarasota Oasis: Stunning Home with Private Pool

Beautiful, clean home in close proximity to restaurants and a quick drive to Siesta Key. The pool area was beautiful and there were plenty of beach items including towels, chairs, sand toys and wagon. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out.

Fantastic property with excellent facilities and attention to detail. The property is full stocked from bedding, utensils to any type of household products you might need. Very close to upcoming area and easy link to i75. Considering we arrived days after hurricane Milton, every effort was made to keep us happy and comfortable. Thank you

Pool and Beach

Ease in moving between private pool to Siesta Key Beach each day! Property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. House was very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent stay.

Spring Break 2023

This property was a great place for our family to stay for Spring Break! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for the four of us, and everything in the listing was accurate. The owner was great to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to friends as well.

Immaculate and beautiful!

This house is wonderful! Totally immaculate, beautifully decorated and everything the description says it is - quiet, private, beachy and bright. It’s really a gem and such a great place to come home to after a long day adventuring. The pool and outdoor patio/dining area are really great! Host is quick to respond. You can’t go wrong with staying here! Perfect 10!

Great house.

The house and location was everything our family of 5 hoped it would be. It had everything we needed, including pool toys and bikes for the kids. The location made for easy trips to Siesta Key, Lido Beach and St. Armand’s Circle. The house was quiet, private, and has the most relaxing covered backyard pool. We hope to rent this property again for our next visit.

Great vacation in Sarasota

We had the best time at this property. The house was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. Just a short drive to local restaurants, supermarkets, retail, etc. Local beaches, like Siesta and Lido Key, were just a few min away, and we really enjoyed the pool area, especially during this heat wave. The property owners were always available to answer questions and were great help during our stay. We really recommend this property and we'll book it again the future.

Beautiful house!

We loved the house and kids loved the pool. This is a very clean house that was beautifully updated. We would have liked a microwave but that was a minor issue.

Sweet Sarasota Retreat

Had a very comfortable stay here. Decor is bright and appealing. Pool area is well done and inviting! Nice location, very close to Legacy Trail for walking & biking and a short drive to Arlington Park where there is a lovely walking trail, aquacenter and tennis courts. Sarasota has a lot to offer. The only thing missing at this property is a microwave!

This property is as advertised! Pool/patio area are actually better than advertised. Close proximity (20mins) to siesta key and lido beach. Clean, bright with spacious rooms. We will be back!!

Very Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much ...convenient to everything! It was the perfect size for us and the open kitchen/family room was so nice to have to all hang out together.
