The cabin was perfect for our family. The host responded immediately when our initial door code would not work and gave us a new code within minutes. There were beautiful Mountain View’s from both decks and the kids enjoyed the game room after a day in the National Park and an evening in Gatlinburg. We would absolutely return to the Tucked Away cabin again in the future.

Everything was perfect for our stay. The property was clean and a short drive to Gatlinburg/restaurants/activities. The view is amazing and we saw bears almost every evening below the property. The listing did show 4 bedrooms but it is really 3 plus a bunkbed in the lower level.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're glad you had a great stay! We love that you got to enjoy the wildlife right from the property, seeing bears in the evening is always a highlight for a lot of guest! Combine that with breathtaking mountain views! We also appreciate your note about the bedrooms. The home offers three private bedrooms plus a lower-level bunk area, which many families and groups love for extra flexibility. We’re happy the location worked out for you too, close enough to Gatlinburg while still peaceful and private. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

The listing said 4 bedrooms however the bunk beds were located on bottom floor in game room. Not a big deal for us but was expecting a 4th bedroom. Everything was very nice. No complaints.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and that everything met your expectations overall. We appreciate you mentioning the sleeping arrangements. The bunk beds are located on the lower level as part of the game room, which gives groups an extra sleeping area while also creating a fun space for kids and teens to enjoy. We understand this setup may be different from what some guests expect and we'll continue looking for ways to make that even clearer in our listing. It was a pleasure hosting you! We'd be happy to welcome you back anytime and highly recommend you to other hosts.

Mini vacation with the kiddos

Our stay was one to remember! Even with the flaws, they had maintenance come in and evaluate and fix them while we were out exploring. The hot tub, beautiful scenery, the bear was incredible! The kids loved the mega beds, gaming room and movie theater. Our say was is a beautiful location, convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. We will most definitely be coming back!

Over all a very nice house in great location. 10 mins from downtown Gatlinburg but the views from the house made it feel like you were remote. Only suggestion would be to refresh some of the beds and to have the plumbing serviced as several showed back up and the shower water pressure is low.
