Sweet Home Carolina is a beautifully remodeled, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house, just three houses from the Yucca Avenue beach access!
Recently updated throughout, this charming home combines coastal vibes with modern comfort, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and cozy bedrooms that sleep up to 10 comfortably.
Recent additions include a brand-new pool, hot tub and fire pit in our backyard oasis.

Loved our stay. Close walk to the beach and close to so many great restaurants. The pool was great. Enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable. This was our first stay in Garden City and we were very happy with the area. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sweet Carolina! The proximity to the beach was excellent, and the wagon at the house made the short walk easy when carrying our cooler and chairs down to the beach. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to catch some neighboring fireworks in the evening. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with a book while I waited for the family to wake up.We didn’t have any problems needing the property manager, but they checked in with us after the first night to make sure we got to the house and everything was ok - which I appreciated. The house was very comfortable and we will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Lovely location, great communication with owner!

Loved this property and the location was perfect. Quick 1 min walk to the beach and a few blocks to the garden city pier. Owner had great communication and made sure we were happy and had what we need the whole stay.

Great Stay!!!

We could not have asked for a nicer place. Proximity to the beach and stores was a plus. The house is in very good shape, and we had no issues that were not immediately addressed. The owner's response and communication was excellent! The only reason for 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was only for sand (which can't be helped at the beach). We would stay again.

This was a great vacation house! We had 7 adults and an infant and never felt crowded. Over the course of the week, we had a lovely routine. Coffee on the front screened in porch in the rocking chairs looking at the ocean, pack up to go to the beach (very short walk), come home in the afternoon to use the pool, happy hour on the crows nest to watch the sunset over the marsh, then dinner and more pool and hottub time. It was great! The seating around the pool was comfortable. We enjoyed playing cards by the pool and we played bocce on the small lawn. We have a lot of cooks in the group and the kitchen stocked everything we needed. We asked for one more LARGE stock pot and the owner had it delivered that day! Great vacation and I'm sure we will be back!

The house was beautiful, spacious enough for our large group. Close enough to see and walk to the beach each day. Close drive to the grocery stores as well. The kids loved the pool and I personally the hot tub! The fire pit was also really nice and quick to use. We definitely look forward to future stays here.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this property! It’s in a superb location, easy beach access, and has an awesome pool & hot tub. Owner was easily accessible and checked in on us via text. Will definitely rent again!
