The graphic that shows sleeping space does not include a sleeper sofa in the upstairs and downstairs game rooms! The written description does include this information, so it’s a little confusing. The accommodations were fantastic, safe, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

House is in the perfect location. A quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and not too far from Pigeon Forge. Great views. You will see bears, so lock your car doors. Great communication with management.

This property is beautiful and clean, with amazing views in a peaceful place. We had a wonderful family get-together here. There were 22 of us, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house had everything we needed and a lot of things for the kids to be entertained. We hope to come back in the future. We created so many beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever. THANK YOU!

The cabin itself was clean, and the pool was nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was overshadowed by serious wildlife and property concerns.There is a known bear issue in this area. We were told by the Wildlife authorities that approximately 10 vehicles had been damaged in one night, and the cabin & resort owners/management were aware there was an ongoing issue. During our stay, a bear broke into two vehicles and damaged our brand-new vehicle as well.We were given warnings about locking vehicles, removing attractants.. but the resort’s trash compactor and waste situation appear to be contributing to the wildlife activity according to authorities... We were surprised that additional preventative measures around the property were not more apparent...If you want a truly uninterrupted, worry-free trip, I would strongly recommend checking into the wildlife activity and surrounding conditions before booking. The cabin itself has positives, but these issues significantly affected our stay

The upstairs got really warm about 90 degrees and there was nothing they could do about it.

Your stay occurred during the longest and most intense heat wave of the summer, with heat indexes exceeding 100 degrees for the entirety of your stay. This weather is abnormal for us and as such the HVAC systems are not designed to handle these extremely rare occurances. This is a large, three-level cabin with a private pool and access to an outdoor community pool. While the cooling system maintained the lower two levels, the upper level struggled to keep pace during the hottest parts of the day. We understand that temperatures near 90 degrees upstairs would have been uncomfortable, and we regret that the extreme conditions affected your experience.

The host was very responsive and helpful! The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We brought 11 people and everyone was impressed with the view, location, and size of the cabin. Its about 15 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and 25 mins from Pigeon Forge. They provided towels, everything you need for dining, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Easy and enjoyable

Whole process was a breeze between the app they had, ability to make your own entry code, and the amenities they had to offer. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a cabin in Gatlinburg.

Great vacation

We spent the whole week at this location and overall it was a great experience! The view was beautiful and breathtaking. Driving distance to go out and have fun or get food. Definitely would stay again.

The Cabin was great. Beautiful view!!

Minor issues in cabin but well taken care of in an hour!! We will be back!! Great space for a large family!! Quick assess to Gatlinburg.
