The property was beautiful and scenery as well. The bears visited daily for their additional entertainment value. Just needed to be aware of surroundings for when they would show up. We had a great stay.

Great time with family! Beautiful house that made us all feel like home. Rent it you won’t regret it. We had 14 bear sightings at home.. it was amazing. Eating nuts in tree 3 levels up.

This was our 8th "Sibblings Trip" and we've been to Waco, Lancaster, to the East Coast, DC and other places. Soaring Eagle is by far the best place we've stayed in hands down!!!We will recommend this beautiful place to any and everyone who wants to visit Gatlinburg. The lodge was absolutely beautiful. Much thought was given into the design and layout of this lodge. From the wonderful kitchen, which we used, to the game room and theater room and the king ensuites to the outside areas......it's a great place!Lynn and Bill are great hosts. If you need them they are readily accessible and prompt to call or drop by to assist in your needs.If you need a place to kick back and un wind, Soaring Eagle is the place for you! Once you arrive at this beautiful Lodge there is really no need to leave! Everything you need is here!Thank you Lynn and Bill for sharing this beautiful Lodge!!Earl and Patricia

Every detail in this Vrbo was clean, pristine and very nicely appointed. Our host. Lynn, responded quickly to any and all inquiries we had, both before and during our stay. Without question, one of the nicest Vrbos in my experience. Thank you!

One of the most wonderful properties in which we have ever stayed. Host was very welcoming and was an excellent communicator. Everything about the home was wonderful.

We really enjoyed the house and the hot tub was so relaxing. There were stink bugs everywhere though but I guess that was because they are terrible this year. We will definately be staying there again sometime

Our group stay was at the chalet was great!! The only issue we ran into was a hot tub that wasnt warming and a TV that had not been hooked up for viewing, but Lynn was very apologetic. She was the best host we have ever had and answered all our questions promptly. The chalet was one of the nicest any of us has ever stayed in and the location and view was amazing. Do yourself a favor and book this if it is on your list!!! Thank you Bill and Lynn, we will be booking again in the future

This cabin was perfect for our 4 generation family of 19! The elevator was a big help for my parents. And I cannot say enough good things about our hosts! Lynn was wonderful to work with and Lloyd made sure we had everything we needed in quick time. This cabin is in a perfect location…out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Expectations exceeded

Soaring Eagle exceeded our expectations for our family of 16. The views are amazing from all 3 levels and all 3 sides. We even experienced a rainbow, BELOW us. The layout accommodated the needs for 14 month toddlers needing a nap, to 70 year old grandparents having access to an elevator. The well equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor) allowed for meals enjoyed by all. Be prepared for bear encounters, that create both excitement and entertainment. While they did gain access to accidentally unlocked cars, no damage was caused. As long as you do not leave food in the vehicles and lock your doors, there is nothing to worry about. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and Soaring Eagle offers every amenity you need during your home away from home visit.

Room for everyone!

Great place to spend family time! Great view from the multiple decks. Away from the bustle of Gatlinburg but only five min to downtown parking. Our host was very accommodating to our needs. Bears love the property as well!

beautiful location and great property for extended family. highly recommended for all generations. Spent week here with our extended family and everyone loved property. over the week we had visits from 7 different bears. A nice added bonus.

Absolutely wonderful house for a family gathering

Our extended family had a fantastic stay at Soaring Eagle Lodge. The house is fantastic, with high-end finishes, incredible views, a wonderful well-stocked kitchen, and lots of room to spread out including a terrific movie room with reclining loungers for 10. Well-located with easy access to the park, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We have been renting houses around the world for lots of years and this one is among the best.

Words cannot describe this beautiful home! It is so well appointed, you will not need a single item! The owners are gracious and if there are any issues they immediately address any issues. Our family loved every minute of our stay! You will not be disappointed to stay here!

Amazing home Soaring Eagle

Exceptional vacation home. Amenities in this home was beyond expected. Location to Gatlinburg excellent, and the view was breathtaking! The family size hot tub, the comfort of the beds, the kitchen so well stocked, and the bathrooms with tubs and showers in each! Definitely will be back. Our group of five families with teens loved this property! Plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing or to hang out and socialize. Our teens loved the downstairs game room and played hours of video games in the cinema room. The grown ups used the fire pit and outdoor television almost every night. Cooking for a crowd was easy with two grills and a big kitchen. All 15 of us fit at the tables to eat as well. Communication was friendly and prompt. We had two minor issues that were fixed quickly. One day later and the other families are already missing the place. Coffee on the upper deck with our friends is a priceless memory. The drive up is a little steep but 100% worth it for the silence and the views. We saw a momma bear and three cubs multiple times, too. Book this place. You won’t regret it!
