This house was perfect for our family and friends. There are great views everywhere and it was close to all activities. Also, the pool table, pool, hot tub, etc. were great. We will absolutely be back!

The pool was very nice, perfect temperature. There is an extremely high traffic of bears through there. No food was left in the cars, the cars were all locked. There were scratches where they tried opening the doors, and one car had the window frame ripped out of it causing 4000 worth of damage. That kind of put a damper on our vacation. The cabinet itself is very nice. The view was amazing.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. We are glad you found everything clean, functional, and the pool at a perfect temperature. Those are the things we control. One day maybe those pesky bears will listen to our rules. Until then, we recommend all guest follow the guidelines to prevent damage to vehicles. This includes locking doors and having windows fully closed.

We hate you found an issue with the water temperature. We have Gas tankless water heaters which provide uninterrupted hot water. We have not had any issues before or after your stay. We wish you would have reported it to us so we could assist with troubleshooting. Always know we are just a phonecall away to assist with anything needed to ensure your 5 star experience.

Very, very cozy. Worked well for a large family the pool, hot tub, and pool table was a big hit. Little disappointed with one bathroom as far as being clean. Everything else that we had an issue with was taken care of.

This is a great cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need for a large group. The arrangement of bedrooms worked very well for our family. The heated pool was the icing on the cake. Our grandchildren loved the pool area with screen for watching movies and seating area for adults to watch children. Location was great... very close to town center and still had those mountain views. We will definitely consider this cabin next time.

Amazing property!

Communication was amazing!! Responded straight away! The location was perfect and also beautiful views from every balcony! So much for the kids to be occupied with, in fact they didn’t even want the leave the cabin! We really highly recommend this cabin for your mountain getaway! I’m sure we will be booking again!

it was great we had an awesome time great view very easy people to work with. Got to see 3 bears, we loved that. pool and Hot tub was utilized a lot by kids and Grandkids. Everyone had a room and bathroom, we had 16 in our family group. Table would set everyone for Breakfast and visiting. Great vacation!

You have a beautiful view and the space is well used. I also want you to know make sure you are aware of what we encountered why we stayed here you had two leaks from your ceiling in the main family room ( we used 2 big totes we brought to catch the water and stop it from Ruining your wood table). upstairs the second floor bedroom closest to the balcony window, There was a leak over the bed the same night ( I used a smaller tote we brought with us but the bed was already wet when I found and saw the leak) it rained very hard. That was Thursday night of our stay. So out very first night in your cabin was very disappointing. I reported everything to the maintenance line and sent pictures, but I don’t want charged for the linens they didn’t take away when they brought me new ones they are on the floor in that bedroom. Yes the bed was striped of the original linens because there’s water stains on them in the bed comforter and sheets were wet. Also reported your down spot came off. We didn’t get in the hot tub until Saturday afternoon to find out your #2 jet didn’t work.

We really enjoyed this home! Plenty of room for the 3 families that went. Our kids ranged in age from 1 to 25. The location was so close to everything from groceries, restaurants and the strip. En-suite bathrooms and ample outdoor deck seating were a plus. I was worried about the pool size but it was larger than expected from the pictures and all the kids loved it and the hot tub. My husband loved the theatre room and we all enjoyed playing pool and the arcade, listening to music, sitting by the fire pit and hanging out at the house. Host is also very responsive. I asked for an early trash pick up and it was completed within an hour. The view is amazing from any floor!!
