That is a lovely picture! But, FYI: TURTLE POINT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING WITH US THROUGH THE END OF THE YEAR. HOWEVER, THIS PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AFTER JANUARY. THE NEW OWNERS PLAN TO CONTINUE USING VRBO TO RENT THIS WONDEFUL FACILITY. SO, IF YOU WANT TO BOOK IN 2027, YOU WILL HAVE TO LOOK FOR THE NEW LISTING, AS THIS ONE WILL EXPIRE AFTER NEW YEAR. We are so appreciative of the reception and relationship we have had with all our guests over the past 5 years. THANK YOU ALL.

Love this place! This huge home is amazing, the quiet clear lake is awesome. Throw in the kayaks, hot tub, huge tvs, full kitchen and you end up with a fun, relaxing vacation.

I am laughing as I read your review. We saw so little movement over there and the weather was stormy, foggy, misty, rainy, but you finally got one good day! But no, you were not pouting or complaining. There you were enjoying many of the things Turtle Point offers and we thank you very much for taking the time to write up a review!

You have to book this home! It was amazing. The cleanliness, host response, views and seating areas were more than we could’ve imagined. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. We look forward to booking for the winter!

This beautiful house will be under new ownership after the first of the year. We have closed down our calendar at the end of 2026, but you should soon be able to find it again. The new owner plans to rent it also and the big green and cedar house is unlike anything else out there!! We WILL however be open through the end of the year and have some primetime holiday and other time available. Last chance...Book now through December! A HUGE shoutout to the 260 visits we have had since we opened in 2021... and our standard of cleanliness is STILL being touted!!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay with plenty a room for everyone. We swam, kayaked, fished from the dock and had a fun pontoon ride with Captain Neil. We would stay there again.

For a small lake, water activities at this place can't be beat! And our friendly, knowledgeable Captain, with his quick quips, can give you a fun activity right from your own back door! We have so much to offer at Turtle Point!

Great house and location. We had an amazing time. Right before we got there they informed us that there was a water leak from the refrigerator, which was no big deal to us. However, as our trip went on the floor kept coming up from something leaking from underneath and it became a trap hazard talk to the owners and they were great about everything. Just wanted to make sure that they were aware.

We are happy to have the kind of facility that makes it easy to enjoy. We try to provide for all weather, as it IS Michigan, and to make available all types of activities to make your visit memorable. This is proven out by the number of folks who say they want to return to Turtle Point!

Great location, Gail was very helpful. I recommend the Busch's market about 15 minutes drive away for a surprising variety of groceries. Plenty of room and a pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing location and accommodations! While only there for a weekend will surely keep Turtle Point at the top of the list for a family vacation.

We had such a great weekend staying here. The house was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We even had friends stop by, and they loved it so much they’re already planning to book their own stay.The atmosphere made it easy to truly unwind, and our kids had an amazing time. They didn’t want to leave, which says everything. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this home for a girls’ crafting retreat, and it was perfect. The house felt warm and inviting, with comfortable furniture and cozy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and linens available. The space was generous, offering several areas to relax and hang out. Even in the winter, the view of the lake was stunning and added an extra layer of calm to our trip. We definitely plan on booking here again next year.

The house and surroundings are beautiful. The host made us feel very welcome and even rode by in their boat to sing "happy birthday" to my husband who was celebrating his 60th. Our friends and family loved visiting us here while we were in town.

This was a well maintained property with plenty of room and things to do. Beach area was great for the kids. We would stay there again.

This place is amazing. Beautiful home in a tranquil gorgeous location. Plenty of amenities and the host was the best. Fishing, kayaking, pedalboats, small private beach, hot tub, campfire, gas grill, even a piano for sing alongs! Just bring in food and drinks and youll never want to leave.
