Thanksgiving at Sea Ranch!

Romantic getaway

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here for my birthday weekend. We love the sunny deck with beautiful ocean views, the long hiking trail along the coast, the beautiful bathtub in the master suite, and the hot tub under the stars. Pure bliss.

Everything was described perfectly. The only negative was the lack of firmness in the mattress. It was way too soft for us, others may be fine.

Relaxing weekend away

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this charming Sea Ranch house. The quiet mornings and night-filled skies were a welcome break from city life. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Cozy Woodstove Hot Tub Beach View

Wonderful experience with family, hiking during the day and enjoying the woodstove and hot tub under the stars in the evening. Cozy small home with nice layout and lots of windows. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, good value

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. We appreciated having the beautiful ocean view, hot tub, and access to miles of trails without being near the bluff trail will all of the foot traffic. The property was exactly as advertised, we would return any time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Short summer vacation

Excellent accommodations! Beautiful clean home with a wonderful hot tub for watching the night sky. Short drive to Gualala to pick up essentials. Nice walk from the house down to Shell Beach and to check out the Sea Ranch chapel. Private driveway with neighbors not too close on either side.

Sea Ranch getaway

House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend.

Great Place to Discover Sea Ranch

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house, just the right size for a couple or two and a few minutes from beaches, Sea Ranch Lodge, and Gualala. The view of the night sky from the deck when the weather is clear is absolutely sublime. 100% would recommend.

Lovely home in a beautiful place.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is welcoming and had everything we needed. Marissa was great/quick to respond with our questions and there was clear communication/instructions on everything. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Ocean Views

Wonderful deck / hot tub overlooking the ocean. The street is peaceful and quiet. The house was comfortable overall. The host was very accomodating and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended.

Sea ranch getaway

Excellent property in Sea ranch near shell beach. Perfect for a family of up to 5. Beautiful view with nice deck and hot tub. Comfortable master bedroom as swell a loft bed room and small single bed room . New listing but would stay again.

Magnificent!

Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations with everything you need. We enjoyed a week here and the location was perfect- about the middle of Sea Ranch- for easy walking and driving access to the coastal trail and beaches and to nearby towns for food and groceries. The night sky is absolutely incredible and we marveled at the stars and Milky Way while enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub. Peaceful and stunning. Would love to book again!

Rest and relaxation

After hundreds of miles of travel it was so nice to find a refuge to find deep rest and relaxation. An exquisite ocean view and warm comfortable house with all the amenities. The hot tub was clean and bright.

Birthday getaway.

The weather was perfect, the home well stocked for all cooking needs, the house was very clean, the hot tub was a real treat! Easy walking to the sea shore and surrounding trails. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The only down side was that the bed was uncomfortable for me.

A Great Place to Stay

Our stay at this delightful property was very pleasant and enjoyable. The location was lovely and quiet. The house was immaculate and had a very well-equipped kitchen. All the instructions for key pick-up and other details were accurate and easy to follow. Of our several Sea Ranch home rentals this one has been one of the best. We hope to return.

Quiet and convenient

The house is a great spot for those that like to access all of Sea Ranch and easy drive to Gualala. The beds were comfortable and the deck a lovely spot to read or work. The house isn't fancy but that feels ok with a dog and teens. Great games and puzzles and very basic kitchen supplies.

Wedding trip

Great value. The views up and down the coast are amazing. Not a huge space, nor fancy, but it is perfect for what it is. The primary bedroom is very nice, but I chose to sleep in the loft. For the view. If I am back in the area I will definately try for this rental first.

We are a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 10. We have fallen in love with the Sea Ranch and all of its beauty. We love to travel and explore new places. At the Sea Ranch we have found that there are so many places to see, it's like a new experience every time we come! It was a dream of ours to be able to have a second home and we feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful place and are excited to share it with others!

We were really hoping to find a place with a beautiful view and we did! Our favorite things about this house are that it gets so much light on the sunny hill, yet behind us there are plenty of trees full of wildlife. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the blue waves is amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised by all the wildlife we see daily. There are many turkeys, hares, deer, quail, and so many birds. We have also been lucky enough to spot foxes and a bobcat. It’s lovely
to have a spot with a forest in the back yard and a beautiful open meadow ocean view in the front.
