Magnificent!

Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations with everything you need. We enjoyed a week here and the location was perfect- about the middle of Sea Ranch- for easy walking and driving access to the coastal trail and beaches and to nearby towns for food and groceries. The night sky is absolutely incredible and we marveled at the stars and Milky Way while enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub. Peaceful and stunning. Would love to book again!

Ocean Views

Wonderful deck / hot tub overlooking the ocean. The street is peaceful and quiet. The house was comfortable overall. The host was very accomodating and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended.

Great Place to Discover Sea Ranch

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house, just the right size for a couple or two and a few minutes from beaches, Sea Ranch Lodge, and Gualala. The view of the night sky from the deck when the weather is clear is absolutely sublime. 100% would recommend.

Wedding trip

Great value. The views up and down the coast are amazing. Not a huge space, nor fancy, but it is perfect for what it is. The primary bedroom is very nice, but I chose to sleep in the loft. For the view. If I am back in the area I will definately try for this rental first.

Perfect Getaway for Two! (or more)

Everything about this host, the reservation, the rental, and the stay overall was exceptional. The reservation process was smooth, and front door access with the lockbox worked perfectly (that's not always the case, as renters know). The house was a home - very well equipped with wood for the stove, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, a tissues box in every room (my fave extra), TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, games and books and puzzles, and more. The hot tub out on the deck and the ocean view were wonderful. Added note: we lost power for two days during the Jan/Feb storms, and Marissa was excellent about checking in with us to ensure we were ok. All in all, a wonderful 2-week stay.

Perfect!

What a lovely stay for the holiday! The host was so easy to communicate with- a pleasure. The home was cozy, warm, plenty of space, clean, had all the amenities, and loved the hot tub with view of the blue sea or at night the stars! Close to trails and a great, convenient location for getting to town for groceries 8 minutes away. - Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Cozy Woodstove Hot Tub Beach View

Wonderful experience with family, hiking during the day and enjoying the woodstove and hot tub under the stars in the evening. Cozy small home with nice layout and lots of windows. Would definitely stay here again!

The Sea Ranch is a magical place. The house was clean and well appointed. Not recommended for physically handicapped persons due to split level and stairs. Nice hot tub with a great blue water view.

Cleanliness

Our Stay at Sea Ranch is always a wonderful experience.We have been vacationing at Sea Ranch for over 20 years now. This particular home is wonderful, but the master bedroom is in need of a new bed, TV needs to be updated as far as local channels and such. We really don't mind staying in pet friendly homes we have a Goldie girl ourselves, but the carpets are in need of some desperate attention. Also, If I pay for a housekeeper, I feel that I deserve a very clean place upon arrival. As that is my profession as well,' I shouldn't have to see any left over pet hair or dust through out. It was a beautiful weekend for us anyway. Thank You

Birthday getaway.

The weather was perfect, the home well stocked for all cooking needs, the house was very clean, the hot tub was a real treat! Easy walking to the sea shore and surrounding trails. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The only down side was that the bed was uncomfortable for me.

Quiet and convenient

The house is a great spot for those that like to access all of Sea Ranch and easy drive to Gualala. The beds were comfortable and the deck a lovely spot to read or work. The house isn't fancy but that feels ok with a dog and teens. Great games and puzzles and very basic kitchen supplies.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is welcoming and had everything we needed. Marissa was great/quick to respond with our questions and there was clear communication/instructions on everything. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Long weekend full of fun

Great location. We liked that the house is centrally located to beaches, dinning, shopping and recreation center. Not super close to any one place, but central to all. Each day, played on the beach for 3-4 hours and still had time for pickleball, swimming, dinning in town and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the night. Full days of fun and relaxation, can't wait to go back.

Rest and relaxation

After hundreds of miles of travel it was so nice to find a refuge to find deep rest and relaxation. An exquisite ocean view and warm comfortable house with all the amenities. The hot tub was clean and bright.

Nice house and beautiful spot

Our family of four had a great time! The house is clean and well appointed. We especially loved hot tubs at night under the stars and even in the rain. A cozy place to sit out some storms and venture out when rains subsided.

Peaceful New Year

Sea Ranch has been a refuge for our family for years and this is one of the best locations we have stayed at. Each room was simple but comfortable. The ensuite in the master looks to have been recently updated and felt luxurious. Views of the ocean from the deck, main story, and loft. House is well stocked, comfortable, and helped us have another wonderful Sea Ranch retreat.

Cozy, No-Fuss Getaway

Everything was simple and straightforward with this rental: no communication with renter/property manager aside from automated confirmation and access information; cozy and comfortable home once the house warmed up (pack slippers and sweaters for the first night!); small maintenance items needed. Some parts of home have been updated, but not the kitchen (photos are accurate). The hot tub is huge, hot, and a wonderful bonus for this house. Access to trails and proximity to town for groceries was also great.

We are a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 10. We have fallen in love with the Sea Ranch and all of its beauty. We love to travel and explore new places. At the Sea Ranch we have found that there are so many places to see, it's like a new experience every time we come! It was a dream of ours to be able to have a second home and we feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful place and are excited to share it with others!

We were really hoping to find a place with a beautiful view and we did! Our favorite things about this house are that it gets so much light on the sunny hill, yet behind us there are plenty of trees full of wildlife. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the blue waves is amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised by all the wildlife we see daily. There are many turkeys, hares, deer, quail, and so many birds. We have also been lucky enough to spot foxes and a bobcat. It’s lovely
to have a spot with a forest in the back yard and a beautiful open meadow ocean view in the front.
