The condo was clean with a nice aesthetic. The location is great - walking distance to a few good places Starbucks and other coffee shops. Right near the water and a solid beach option, easy access to the main drag through TC and easy to get out to the peninsula. Overall, it was a really great place for our family! Pricing is a little high but really a fair "market" price for TC during the summer - it's just an expensive place to find decent lodging during the summer.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and really lovely with nice amenities. It’s located on a busy street, with no real view, but the unit is at the back so it isn’t noisy. The location is great for visiting all the nearby attractions. You can easily walk for coffee. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated extra blankets, pillows, and towels, and very comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Marathon Weekend

Wonderful stay! Great location for running the Bayshore Marathon. We spent the rest of the weekend exploring the local towns and Sleeping Bear.

Wonderful Place for Northern Michigan Exploration

Beautiful unit with easy access to downtown TC as well as Old Mission peninsula. Very clean with great comforts.

My mom and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we had a great time! The property was very nice and clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was convenient with easy access to downtown Traverse City and the surrounding areas. John and Kelly were wonderful hosts and checked in several times during our stay ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also made several recommendations of places to explore, eat, drink, and hike! I wish we had time to do everything! I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location

It is the perfect location It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Traverse City, only 20 minute drive to wineries and golf. The unit was very clean. It was a wonderful stay.

Great location

Perfect place for two couples or a small family. Well appointed with everything you need in a great location. John was super helpful and very easy to reach.

Easy access to TC downtown and surrounding area!

Very nice condo- comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated and all the amenities you need! This is a great location for biking, easy access to wineries and about a 15 minute walk to downtown TC. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean and spacious

The host was very helpful with recommendations and check in. Nice open concept apartment/condo that was clean. We would definitely stay again if in TC. We walked everywhere. Loved it!

Beautiful Traverse City

Enjoyed the coffee and the chocolate covered cherries. It was a bit too small for 2 couples. It’s not really walkable to downtown TC. If you have a bike it would be good. The owner is really nice. The condo was really clean.

Great Fall Trip

Wedding Weekend Getaway

My husband and I and another couple were heading up to Traverse City for a wedding from Chicago. We went with an VRBO instead of hotel due to prices and so happy we did! This apartment was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Close (few minute drive) to the happening parts of Traverse. The apartment was very cute, super clean and easy to get into. Not only was the place adorable but the owners were amazing as well. Super helpful, kind, super responsive and understanding. Would definitely book with them again. Parking is tight and only one spot so be prepared for that. Overall 5 star expierence!
