Condo unit 304 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

The staff was great. We had two rooms and one had spiders and a fly so that was not pleasant. The lake access and pool were terrific. TVs didn’t work in one either. But an all around good stay.

I was in Traverse City for a quick trip and decided to do a VRBO instead of a hotel. Great place with Great Lake views! The master is beautiful and has a nice little balcony overlooking the water. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Weekend in Traverse City

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, small downstairs but very large and comfortable upstairs/master bedroom. Despite being small, it had anything we needed plus an excellent view.

Great location

We spent a great couple of nights enjoing Traverse City. The lodging was clean and the location was fantastic. The view of the bay from out balconies was amazing.

The host was wonderful and very responsive. The property has beautiful views with a bike trail nearby. The guest room is on the side of the rode and there is a lot of road noise. The unit was missing a storm window in that room and that window may have helped drown out the noise. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable.

Great, easy stay

We stayed for one night before a nearby conference. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and stores. The view was amazing. Private beach made for a fun relaxing time!!

The view couldn’t have been better. The double balconies on the 3rd floor unit were the best! Private beach plus heated pool. Close to all ammenities.

Great condo

Nice condo on the beach. Plenty of room for a family. Close to downtown and ice rink (we were in town for a skating competition 😊)

Great property right on the beach. Private pool was clean and refreshing! Staff was courteous, attentive and friendly. Looking forward to our next stay! (Hated to leave)

East Bay

Great property to stay at! We loved the view our condo had two balconies that overlooked the east bay. The property owner sent us a few helpful emails before our arrival with some excellent suggestions on dining. Checking in was easy and all we can say is we will be back and would love to stay here again! Joel

Very nice view overlooking the bay. Nice sand beach and pool. The room floor was very dirty evidenced by how black the bottom of our white socks were. Second car parking across the street was somewhat inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and accommodations.

Wine Tasting Weekend

This was a perfect location. Working with Jamie, both through the internet and in person was truly a pleasure. The condo, while a bit dated, was perfect for our beautiful long wine tasting weekend with our friends. The outside amenities were beautiful with a really nice heated pool, and access to a very clean sandy beach. I would definitely book North Shore Inn again.

Peaceful & Clean

Access was simple. Place was bright, clean & comfortable. Beds were soft and welcoming! Down side: 1 parking space. Up side: Nearby parking access!
