Discover stylish living in our modern home at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in Asheville. Surrounded by nature, enjoy sightings of turkeys, relax on the screened-in porch, or indulge in in-home services like a mobile massage or private chef.

Our contemporary house features large windows, a hot tub, and eco-friendly amenities, including 28 solar panels and an EV charger in your private garage. It’s conveniently located a short drive from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore House.

The well-appointed kitchen, designed by Barbara, a former international chef, is perfect for culinary adventures and includes complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.

Upstairs, three modern bedrooms offer a cozy master with a reading nook and two others with stunning mountain views. The loft has a sofa bed and desk area.

We created this retreat for your enjoyment in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, ensuring your privacy while being just across the street for assistance. A Ring Doorbell and Camera provide added security, prioritizing your comfort and safety.

Super clean beautiful house with all the amenities and good vibes you could ask for. Easy QR code on the walls for WiFi. Nightlights on the floor at night. Backpacks to borrow for hikes. Just 12 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. Amazing hikes all around. Plus a truly great highlight was seeing momma and cub bear mid-morning walking beneath the deck. Love the EV charger for car and hot tub after hiking. Would love to come back in October when the leaves turn color. Jim and Barbara were lovely to work with. They even have an app for the house you can download that provides everything you need to know from access codes to recommended hikes. They've thought of everything.

Lovely way to welcome your guests with bananas on the counter and mix of beer in the fridge.

Awesome swing chairs to chill in beneath the deck next to the hot tub.

Momma bear walks beneath the deck while you safely say hello from above.

Amazing Asheville Stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home had everything we needed and so much more - It is by far the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The surrounding property is just gorgeous, and we loved getting to watch the birds every morning, including the neighborhood turkeys! Would happily stay here again on my next visit to Asheville.

Perfect Girls’ Trip

This wonderful house is exactly as described. The owners have literally thought of every detail to make your stay even more perfect. Super clean, beautiful views including a group of wild turkeys we enjoyed watching from the windows, comfy beds and lots of little touches along the way! Fabulous Family Reunion

We had a wonderful long weekend in Asheville. The hosts had outstanding communication, with a guide book that explained everything we could possibly need to know. The house is beautiful, as were the views, the leaves, and all the little touches that were so thoughtful. Can't wait to come again!

Wonderful stay in Asheville

Favorite place to stay in Asheville

We've been vacationing in Asheville for 15+ years now. This was our second stay at this property and it's definitely our favorite! We love the quite wooded location that is so close to everything we enjoy around town. The house itself is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all of the amenities we could want. Jim & Barbara are incredibly responsive hosts and have really thought to provide everything we could need. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, close to Asheville and Lake Lure

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim and Barbara's VRBO property, I just wish we had had drier weather. The house is beautiful and the owners have paid attention to all of the details from robes in the closet to fruit, beer, coffee and oatmeal/grit fixings. The view was stunning and the convenience to both downtown Asheville, Brevard and Lake Lure is great! Thank you for such a wonderful house to rent, will definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit the Asheville area.
