Fence in private backyard with patio. 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa, Amalie arena, Hyde Park and the Hard Rock Casino. The perfect location to enjoy everything Tampa has to offer or take a 35 minute drive and explore all the beautiful St. Pete, Clearwater or Sarasota beaches. Pet friendly! A Winter Away

My husband, mother and I spent the month of February in this lovely home. It was spotlessly clean and conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was great for taking long walks. The hosts were very accommodating answering our questions promptly. The property offered everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were close enough to the highways to do some exploring. It’s within easy driving distance to many of the bigger attractions. We highly recommend this property.

Floors and living rooms

Overall the property is nice and the owner is excellent at communicating. The floors were not clean and the living room was not comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations!

The house was very charming and just the right size for me, meeting all of my needs and exceeding my expectations. My dogs were with me and I liked having the exterior light at the patio door to the fenced yard and the patio table/chairs to relax while watching the dogs play. Sully, the manager was AWESOME – she was attentive and responded immediately when I contacted her. I was also impressed with the amenities: extra bath towels which were plush, extra toilet paper, plenty of lighting, Keurig coffee pot, ample dishes and utensils. It was a dream cottage. The manager prepared a nice book filled with important and “nice to have” information. There were plenty of USB ports for my electronics and night tables in the bedroom. I was impressed. . .

Attention to detail

This is a pretty basic small duplex that is furnished and decorated very nicely. Location is very convenient just off a main highway for travel to Tampa area or east to Orlando area. Host has paid a lot attention to detail as I was not lacking anything during my stay. Plenty of supplies in kitchen, bathroom, etc. along with no less than 3 smart TVs. Also a nice lighted patio for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend.

Cozy and clean

We were very happy with our stay. The property was just as described. Very clean and organized, the kitchen had all the essentials. The bedrooms and bathroom the same thing. We will definitely use again when in the area. Hats off to the hosts.

Great Place!

Host was very friendly and responded immediately to messages. Home was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Everything we needed, and beyond, was supplied. There are many great restaurants less than a mile from this home and we would definitely book it again.

Little bit of luxury

I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property. It has a luxury spa-like vibe. It was just what the doctor ordered to help us through a difficult move. The hosts were attentive.

Comfortable and Convenient

There were several ‘extras’ available on site. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We attended a two week conference at River Church and this location it was ideal to go to and from the meetings

Close to everything and quite!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was so convenient and close to everything we needed. Clean place with privacy in a nice neighborhood. Definitely will stay here again.

Clean and quiet

Host was very communicative, property was very clean. It was near a busy road but there was not much immediate traffic on the road directly in front of the property, so it ended up being rather quiet. Would stay again!

Brandon Duplex

Hosts were exceptional and were very responsive to my Andy question or request. The house is a converted duplex that has been newly remodeled. It was very comfortable, clean and inviting. The location is convenient to nearby grocery store and a 7-11. Home is much better than advertised.
