Carolina Hooked:Oceanside home w/pool, hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit & more!

Private beach home with enough space to fit 16 of your family and friends. Centrally located in Nags Head our location is prime for wedding groups, beach goers, fishermen, restaurant enthusiast, sand dune climbing and list goes on and on. Enjoy the large yard with Tiki Bar, Grilling station, Saltwater Pool, Hot tub, Fire pit, and Corn hole. Outdoor shower and fish cleaning table available for your convenience. We are a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to the closest public beach access.

Top-Level:
Kitchen, dining and family room area. Kitchen has all utensils and appliances needed to prepare any type of meal to include toaster/convection oven and air fryer. Coffee Bar with Keurig and 12 pot coffee maker available for your convenience. Family room area has pullout couch(sofa bed), electric fireplace, 55” Roku Smart Tv provides a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The balcony has an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean with a balcony railing table to enjoy your sunrise breakfast and coffee.

Mid-Level: 4 Bedrooms
Two Master King bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Both King rooms have access to the wrap around deck which oversees the back yard. One Queen bedroom and one 4 bed bunk room. One full bathroom in the hallway to share between the Bunk and Queen room.

Ground Level: 1 Bedroom
Entertainment area with 65" Roku Smart Tv, Wet bar, Wine cooler, and Infinity game table with several of your favorite games uploaded and ready to play. One Queen bedroom, one full bathroom, pullout couch(sofa bed), Washer/Dryer and Full sized refrigerator.

Extras: All linens are included as well as towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Every bedrom has a Roku TV with many apps loaded and ready for watching. Each shower is equipped with filled body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, refills are not provided. Liners are in every trash can, refills are not provided. Beach chairs, toys, wagon and unbrellas are provided as well as pool floats and toys.

Disclaimer: For the safety and security of our guests and property there is a driveway-facing survaleince camera. No pets and No smoking allowed.

Vacation to OBX

This house was a great size for our crew. We had 7 people stay and would have had room for more to comfortably stay as well. The bedroom and bathroom setup was great, the view is beautiful and the location was nice for getting around OBX! Plenty of beach entrances nearby made beach time very easy!

Amazing property!

The place was better than advertised. All rooms were clean and spacious. The yard proved to be the focal point for our trip as it was more than accommodating for our large group. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in OBX. Thanks again to our host as they were very responsive whenever we had a question

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Hooked. It accommodated our family well, is in a central location, and has GREAT amenities! The owners went out of their way to think of everything. Highly recommended!

Familly Beach trip

We loved the house. It was in a great location and everything you needed was at the house. The backyard was where we all stayed the most and enjoyed all the amenities.

Such a wonderful home in a wonderful place

This house was exactly as described! It was clean, beds comfy, and the backyard is amazing! I wish it was a bit closer to the beach, but it wasn’t too far, and I knew it going in.

The property and manager was amazing! My son and his friends enjoyed staying here and celebrating his 21st birthday. They would stay there again and said it was immaculate, perfect location to the beach and shops, and restaurants:) Highly recommend!

Perfect house for our family

Property was beautiful the kids loved the pool! House was clean backyard grass needed cut but the owner sent someone to cut it during our stay. Overall a great time!

Family vacation

Home was very clean upon arrival. Home owner was very responsive and easy to contact for any needs. Lots of room to spread out. Hot tub and pool were a hit with everyone. The hammock swings by the fire were so relaxing!

Fantastic property

We had a blast staying at this house..it was clean and the kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house had all the amenities you can think of to keep everyone happy. Just a short drive to the beach or you can even walk there. I would definitely go back.

Family vacation

Great experience! Sueann is super responsive to any questions and flexible. Kids loved having a pool and hot tub in the evening after playing at the beach all day. We even made friends with a family on the beachfront and used their home for super quick beach access :-)

Everything you could need

This house was absolutely perfect. You have everything you could possibly want to sit back and relax. Great pool, firepit, and yard fun. Love that there was 2 fridges because I bring all the food to cook for the weeks menu so the extra space was fantastic. And enough room for my large group of all ages.

Whole Family Vacay

This house was perfect for our whole family vacation. We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 10 years old staying at this house and it was perfect! The pool, hot tub, fire pit and bar area outside were where we spent all of our time! The views from the 3rd floor kitchen were beautiful. The “bunk room” was perfect for the kids. It is about a 10 minute walk to the public beach entrance, but the road has sidewalks which made the short walk easy with kids. It’s the perfect getaway for families.

Family Vacation

This home is absolutely AMAZING!! The kids bunk room has been moved to the main sleeping quarters which is a great move. The outside amenities were great! Everything that you could possibly need is in the kitchen. They even provide pool floats, beach chairs, and a wagon. You literally only have to bring yourself and clothing. The view of the ocean is really only able to be seen from the 3rd floor, and you can hear the ocean at night when the traffic is next to none. The access to the beach is a little more difficult than we anticiated. But all in all, this home and the host is PERFECT!!!

It was a beautiful home with plenty of room and various activities to do if the weather wasn’t the best. Also has the opportunity to call the owner because of a fire alarm beeping/going off and it was taken care of promptly.

Relaxing family getaway

This home was perfect for our large family that included our 3 children, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. The little ones enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit and relaxing by the pool. This home was exactly what we expected from the description and photos. The home is well kept and super clean. The beach is within walking distance, but we opted to drive most of the time just to make hauling chairs, umbrellas and toys a bit easier for our crew. Shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants are all close by and easy to get to.

Enjoyed the house, location was too far we felt for us to go to beach. We had 4 children - 5 months to 2 yrs old. Too much work to set up every day. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the hammock swings in back yard. Glad there was a larger dining table so all the adults could sit and eat our meals together.

Family celebration

We all had the best time! The house was clean, there was plenty of room for the 10 of us and the backyard was so much fun. We enjoyed the quick drive to the beach. The beach was not crowded and everyone was super friendly. We also walked to the beach one night, not a short walk, but a relaxing one! Try the Colington Cafe in Kill Devil Hills, amazing food, good prices, and friendly waitstaff. The Waterfront shops in Roanoke Island Festival Park, near Manteo were fun, lots of dining options there. If you want to go parasailing, go to North Beach Watersports in Corolla. It’s a drive but worth it. We would definitely come back! The owner Sueann is amazing and she was super easy to contact. Thanks again for a great time with great memories!

Friendsgiving

We had a great stay! The house had many supplies stocked. I’ve been to many places in OBX and not one had even a roll of toilet paper on the roll. This was such a nice surprise. We had our Thanksgiving at this house and there were plenty of pots, pans, silverware…. Sueann was very responsive, & accommodating. The backyard wasn’t ideal for playing with all the little prickers so that was a bummer for the kids. Other than that, we were happy !

It is our first beach home and are so happy to invite you to visit and have the best vacation you can have! We are fully accessible and very responsive. If you need anything or have questions just email or call. Prior to your stay you will get our vacation handbook which will help plan your vacation. We hope you enjoy your stay enough to come back and stay again!

We are centrally located, close to the beach, sound, shops and restaurants. From grab and go to fine dining, indoor and outdoor activities are only minutes away. Great location, great friends and family = great time!

We have worked hard and have made many upgrades. Adding the tiki bar, fire pit and grilling station have made it the place our family loves to stay at! We have done most work ourselves and we believe it’s the best on the beach!
