Just Down from Destin is the Gulf front luxury experience you are looking for! Enjoy the quiet end of the beach that is just a quick ten minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Destin. Located in sought after Bella Riva, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom retreat offers 449 square feet of balcony space to enjoy the sensational Gulf sunsets with a glass (or two!) of wine and over 2200 square feet of living space!

Enjoy a chef-inspired kitchen with Viking appliances including a gas stovetop and an ice maker! The dining table comfortably seats 8-9, and an additional 5 at the island. There is also a table and seating for 8 on the patio. The full-size washer and dryer are perfect for the 8-9 guests this incredible condo can comfortably accommodate.

2 seasonal beach chairs and umbrella included, as well as beach towels.

The gulf facing master bedroom includes a king size bed and an attached bath with two sinks, soaking tub, and shower.

The second master bedroom is also gulf facing with an attached bath and a king size bed.

The third bedroom has an adorable triple bunkbed, twin on top, with two full/queen mattresses underneath.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed.

Wonderful beachfront property. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 kiddos. Kitchen was perfect for our needs, living room so comply but the star was the balcony overlooking the beach. Comfortable seating for morning coffee, quick lunches and evening cocktails….all good. The Master suite was the bomb as was the bath! Great community pool and easy beach access. Not a ton of restaurants nearby but Destin proper is only 20 min or so away. That said you really can’t go wrong, we loved it.

It was a beautiful Christmas week spent at the beach. Lucked out with temps in the 70s on Christmas! Great time was had by all.

Perfect Spot!

Just down from Destin was the perfect place to stay. The beach was nice and the places to eat around here were fantastic! My family loved it so much that we have already decided to come back to the same place next year!

Beautiful spacious condo with great beach views from the large balcony. Great location on the beach with walkable restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Responsive host. (The only drawback was the triple bunk beds in the 4th bedroom. The bunks are tight with little headroom. Really only suitable for small kids.)

Great family spot!

The condo was so spacious and beautiful!! We had 10 people total and never once felt crowded. The beach chairs were perfect, we will def be back!

Friends and family yearly vacay

This was our 14th year to stay in FWB and Just Down from Destin has been the best condo yet. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We booked there again for next year.

Fabulous time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The location, beach access, nearby restaurants, etc make this a great choice. The host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. This was truly a home-away-from-home.

We have been going to Destin and Ft. Walton beach for 5 years staying in Condos. This is our favorite place! The Condo is beautiful, it’s on the fifth floor looking right at the ocean! It has a huge patio with a grill. We enjoyed eating on the patio and relaxing to the sound of the ocean every day and night! The condo has a wonderful kitchen, 3 nice bathrooms, 3 nice size bedrooms, along with a bunk room for the kids. We also found some great restaurants very close to the condo. The host was very helpful answering all of my questions. We were able to get the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach right in front of the condo so the walk was quick. We also had covered parking for one car so we didn’t get wet when it rained and we were going out. I would highly recommend this condo! You will love it!

Okaloosa Island

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Wonderful large tables indoor and out with ample seating for our family of seven. Okaloosa Island was beautiful as always. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer.

Family time at the Beach

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to get to the beach with no roads to cross. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The place was very clean and the balcony is amazing for just sitting out and enjoying the ocean waves and the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be coming back.

Family beach vacay

We spent a fabulous week at the Bella Riva with our family. Nine of us fit comfortably. The condo is spacious and has a great kitchen. The balcony is huge with breath taking views of the gulf.

Best vacation in a while

Condo owner, Lillian, messaged us a could of times to make sure we found the condo okay, see if we had any questions, or needed anything. I would definitely rent from them again.

All 5 stars really, except hall bathroom needs a lock. If you have small children , which we did they can open the door for some embarrassing moments.

Beautiful and clean!

Beautiful and clean!. We have stayed at Bella Riva many times but this particular unit is our favorite. The three bedrooms have king-size beds which was great. It was decorated so nice. We will definitely stay again.

The condo was more than we expected! So wonderful! The host was so responsive! Beautiful location! Gorgeous beach! Spectacular sunsets! Lots to do with the littles. I’d give it ten stars if I could!!

Relaxing family time

Condo is just as advertised. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Seven people with plenty of room. Have been to Ft Walton several times and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. Saw dolphins from the balcony every morning.

Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful and very spacious with a huge comfortable balcony. All the beds were very comfortable and Also had a built in ice maker was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Lily for everything.

Impressed with this condo

From the moment we walked into the condo, we loved it! It's spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was a lovely place to dine or just sit & watch/listen to the ocean. It was well stocked for items needed & a few extra perks--hand soap, shower gel, etc. We liked being toward the end of the beach, it seemed more private!

This condo is beautiful and just as pictured! Only complaint we would have was that one king bed( not the master) was very hard and uncomfortable! And the rug in living room could be replaced or cleaned! The tile floors were clean when we arrived as we had walked on them with white socks and they stayed white!! We loved the main master bedroom it was comfortable and had a very nice bathroom! All decor was beautiful and the large balcony with comfortable furniture was used everyday! The host was very friendly and easily accessible! The pool is small but it did not matter it was clean and never overcrowded and very nice! Easy walk to beach. We had a beach wagon so a ramp would be nice! But we made it work. This condo had many amenities that others don’t provide ! Including baby items ( pack and play, booster seat) it made it very nice for us. We loved the kitchen! The ice maker was fantastic and all appliances! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! The beach chairs were great and the attendant Mike was the absolute best!!
