Enjoy the best of the Outer Banks in this oceanside designer home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The "Beachside Bungalow" beach house is well-appointed and designed for you to show up and relax. Beachside Bungalow is fully equipped for your days at the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach cart, sand toys, and beach towels. Only a short walk to several great beach accesses. After your fun in the sun you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, enjoy the outdoor living space, and relax in the hot tub. Rest in the hammock, eat at the picnic table, or hang out in the captains chairs on the main deck. The house is close to restaurants and shops. Backyard is fully fenced in and set up so you can let your dog out the back door and directly into the yard.

Beautiful house near the beach

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay - the house was beautifully remodeled/updated with every convenience and amenity, super well-stocked kitchen that was fun to cook in. The location just a short walk to the beach is very nice, though it's a bit close to the highway so there was some traffic noise (but with windows closed and AC on it wasn't a problem). We would definitely consider staying here again next time!

Great family beach house

The beach house was well worth it, really clean and spacious. My son enjoyed playing the candyland game! The hot tub and the kitchen were very nice. Very responsive host. Would definitely book again.

Perfect getaway!

Travis was amazing with quickly responding to a question I had as well as updating us on our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, and cozy. We had two adults, a 10 year old and 2 dogs and never felt cramped. You can’t get much better with the location either! Beachside but on a non cut thru road, easy walk to the beach, and centrally located for all of the eating, shopping, and other activities you would need to drive for. If this house ever came on the market, it would be a dream to own!

Unexpected gem in Kill Devil Hills!

My wife and I, our 11 month old son and our 9 year old dog stayed at this house for an extended weekend. We were surprised with how nice the interor was and how the renovations really updated the house! It was a short walk from the beach which was great. You would pass by the Stop-N-Shop which allowed for a detour to pick up supplies. The hot tub worked great, there were plenty of towels, and even had a little beach wago to be able to pull supplies. We are very happy we decided to stay here and would love to rent again!

Kitty Hawk Beach House

Beach house was exactly as shown and described. In really great condition, well maintained, and very clean (which is hard to do at the beach). Communication from owners regarding check in, check out procedures was great, along with helpful reminders about trash pick up and local events. Great time at the beach - we’d rent this place again!

Amazing beach home close to everything and stocked with all you need for a fun week@ Beach!

The houses is very cosy, nicely decorated and has anything you could want to have fun at beach( bikes, chairs etc) and fully stocked kitchen. All beds super comfortable and all linens high quality. Walking distance to beach, few minutes to grocery and the best mini golf in town. Also nice outdoor shower and very nice brand new jacuzzi! Would def rent again. Our family had wonderful time and Owner was very responsive and helpful with any requests!

Great week in OBX

We had a great experience…the house was exactly as described, SUPER clean, and very comfortable. Having the bikes, beach chairs, buggy, and umbrellas made our trips to the beach a breeze! Owners were very responsive with all our questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome Home

This home is spectacular. It's in a great location and close to the beach (walking distance). We would take our dog to the beach to run and it was so easy. The entire house has been updated and every little detail has been thought through. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and even store leftovers if necessary. We will definitely book again if we're back in the area.
