Lovely home with clean and comfortable decor that is very welcoming and beautifully decorated throughout. The open kitchen and living area makes it feel larger. Nice back patio (with fireplace that would be very enjoyable in cooler weather) and we enjoyed the cover during light rain showers. Very peaceful. Host was very responsive to any queries. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!!!

This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The house was so spotless that you would swear no one had ever stayed there before. Everything looked brand new, and it was obvious the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay!

Amazing

Beautifully decorated, thoughtful layout, perfect country setting. This was our second stay and we will most certainly be scheduling again!

Nice Stay

The house is very clean and worked well for us as we spent our days going to the local national parks. Nice kitchen to cook in and a covered porch to relax and use a fire place. We will book the house again next year.

Awesome property if your visiting Putnam county! I would stay here again.

Experience was flawless. Property is perfect. Ultra clean, great amenities, impeccably decorated, wonderful out door room and even great linens! Host is wonderful!

Wonderful cottage!

We loved our stay! It was my husband’s birthday. The out door fireplace was so warm and inviting. The cute little cottage was perfect- everything we needed. We definitely will be back.

Perfect place for some down time

Absolutely incredible... the home is beautiful as well as comfortable... very quiet. The perfect place for a some quiet downtime Back porch is the perfect place to curl up with a book.

Most Awesome Property

My husband is originally from Cookeville and we were back for a family reunion. This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Beautifully and tastefully decorated as a cozy country cottage. It was perfect for us. Conveniently located for all the events and family we visited. We will be back every year and hope to stay here again.

Spectacular Country Cottage

This cottage a few miles north of Cookeville is new, bright, super clean, beautifully furnished, and set on a glorious piece of property. The fireplaces are cozy for a chilly night. The kitchen is top drawer. Perfect for a couple or two couples or a small family. We would return for a weekend away in an instant.

High End Home!!!

It doesn’t get any better than this!!! Beautiful home with high end finishes throughout. We have stayed in a lot of nice homes and this one is definitely top of list. We live two hours away and wanted a getaway to just relax. It was amazing. Convenient to town with many cute restaurants and the fireplace is amazing!!!You will love it!

Peaceful getaway while visiting Tn. Tech

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, serene, very clean cottage! It was perfect and just loved all of the detailed and beautiful decor! Close to everything but still away from the business of town. Loved walking in the back field! Thanks for the hospitality and answering any questions I had within seconds! Would love to stay again on our many visits to Tn. Tech to see our son! Lots of great places to eat near by too!

Amazing Cabin

This property is perfect! It is clean and organized for all your needs. Two gorgeously decorated bedrooms. You’ll sleep like it’s your own room! It is perfectly situated between town and Cummins Falls State Park where we ran a marathon then came back to the cabin and relax! Also, visit the falls, they are beautiful. Back to the cabin, kitchen is awesome ! Stay at home and enjoy cooking.

We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen. Everything was spotless and beautiful. The master bed was very comfortable. Only minor drawback for me is the toilet seat sliding to the side. It didn’t feel very secure. No other complaints.

Can’t wait to return!

This property was amazing! Not only was it the cleanest place I’ve stayed but the most charming by far. Every detail from the craftsmanship to the decor was beautiful. The outdoor fireplace was used everyday I was there. This cottage is a slice of Heaven, so charming and quiet. The home is on acreage, but there are some nearby neighbors which was nice being there alone. It was close to town and about a 10min drive to Cummins Falls State Park. I can’t wait to return!

A perfect spot in cookeville

What a wonderful property! We weren't sure what to expect. Sometimes things look too good to be true on these listings. But WOW, were we blown away! The property is located on the backside of the owner's farm. It's the prefect spot for a family of four to spend the weekend if you are in Cookeville. It's a short 5-10 minute drive from campus or the main part of the city. The finishes are top of the line and it's easy to get in and out of. HIGHLY recomended!

Sweetest cottage around on the most amazing property!

We traveled across the country from Santa Barbara, CA to Cookeville, TN to watch our son play baseball at Tennessee Tech University. I'm pretty picky when it comes to where we stay. I read all the reviews, check out the area, etc. The location was perfect! In the country, but about 5 minutes to everything. The cottage is adorable, but more importantly, very comfortable. The attention to detail was truly a visual experience. We were able to meet the owners, who live nearby. They were friendly, and accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation cottage. I would highly recommend this sweet, little cottage. Karen and John

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cottage! We were in town visiting our son at Tennessee Tech for Family Weekend, and the location was perfect. One of the best parts of the weekend was having such a cozy place where our son and his friends could come over, hang out, and spend time with us. It truly felt like a home away from home.The cottage is decorated to perfection. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for our stay.Our favorite spot may have been the back porch. We loved sitting by the fire in the mornings with our coffee, watching the deer wander through the field behind the house. It was so peaceful and such a beautiful way to start the day.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our son. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next visit!
