A prime location near the AZ-51 freeway will put you in the center of it all to experience DT Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and the surrounding areas. Close to downtown Phoenix and GCU. Great place!

This place was great—clean, roomy, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool (too cold outside) but it looked lovely and would be fun in summer months!

Convenient location!

This property is perfect for a quick stay in Phoenix. It’s close to many restaurants and airport! The backyard has a nice pool but could use more seating. Beds were comfortable.

Great Find in the desert

This property was a great find in the desert. Our family loved it and its so cozy, the staff was very good and responsive. We will be staying here again real soon.

Great location, cute house

This was a great property for a smaller group. There was 7 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed that weekend. The house was in a great location to many of the activities that we had planned.

We loved everything about our stay here. The house was very spacious and the owners were very friendly & accommodating. Nice & roomy….and the pool was wonderful. We’ll definitely book again when visiting our GCU student, if property is available. 👌😎

Great house!

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean and spacious and the pool was great to relax and cool off in. It was close to GCU which was great for us as we were back and forth from there. Excited to go back!

The Ideal Spot

Great location in Uptown, near great restaurants and everything was close. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Look forward to our next trip.

Beautiful home

This house had lots of space and was in a nice neighborhood. Only reason for the four stars as opposed to five is that the night before we were to check in the messaged and said the pool could not be heated. This was very unfortunate as we had three kids that had spent 8 hours in the car when we arrived. I specifically picked a place that had the option to heat the pool due to time of year. They made it seem like it was no big deal.

Great comfortable property for 8 of us. Very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and the card games that were available. We were able to relax and unwind for our short stay.

Lovely home in great neighborhood

We loved our stay at Happy Haus. The home is extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the swimming pool in the heat of Phoenix. The home is located in a great neighborhood. We appreciated the detailed instructions provided by the host plus the host's quick response when a question arose. We highly recommend Happy Haus!

Great Stay!

The house was beautiful and the pool was great! The location of the property was perfect for us and the host was very responsive. Overall, it was a great stay! One small recommendation is that the bed in the master bedroom, which is the only bedroom we used, could use a mattress pad and new sheets. We will stay again if we come back to Phoenix.

Loved this property!

This house is adorable! It is extremely clean, modern and in a great centrally located neighborhood. The property manager was always extremely quick to respond and the attention to detail was stellar, from the binder of information to the complimentary tooth brushes in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

Close to uptown Scottsdale where dining is very good. The cleanliness was what struck me first, the amenities struck me second with fully appointed kitchen, very bright, great landscaping and pool. Hair dryer was appreciated and the comfy bed. It couldn't have been more perfect!

Happy Haus

This is a good rental. It was overall just what was needed. Plenty room to spread out. There were 4 adults in our group. Good Life Vacation Homes who manages were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a nice size. It wasn’t heated but it was 110 degrees here this week and the pool was the perfect temperature and clean. It is a quiet neighborhood and easy to drive to anything.
