This was the best property that we have stayed at with attention to details on both advertised and unexpected additional amenities. Recycling was easy as was access to pool.

Stay in Phoenix

This is a fairly comfortable home with a lovely kitchen and very nice bathrooms. It was very clean and comfortable, but the proximity to the highway made it quite noisy especially in the back bedroom.

Great long term stay

Frank was a great host. Communication was quick and clear. His place felt like a real home, both in decor and details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The layout and sound proofing between spaces let one have a sense of privacy. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great for getting to all the things we wanted to see.

Great, Clean Property

Frank quickly responded to questions I had before I reserved the rental. Check-in instructions were clear and getting to the property was easy. Its in a quiet, slow neighborhood and has a nice park nearby. The townhouse is simple, but it has updated features and is clean. The necessities are all there.

Short Title

Traveling alone. Nice place; very clean. Comfortable. The porch is small and closely walled in. I normally like a little more room, and I didn’t quite get that from the review. Not much in the way of amenities. Specifically, no coffee The price is extremely reasonable. And the townhouse complex is neat and quiet. Frank, the host, was very open to communication and responded quickly.

2 bedroom in Phoenix

Very clean, up to date unit. Quiet. Nice looking pool, although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Lots of linens. I spoke with the owner prior to arrival who answered my questions and was friendly. We were there for family weekend at GCU. One mile from campus. I will recommend this place to other family who will be visiting.

Really liked the location as it was close to everything, shopping, college, etc. The property was comfortable and easy to work with. The owner, Frank is a great guy!

Close and convenient to GCU

Clean and comfortable place for people and pets. Great proximity to campus for graduations, move in/move out days, family weekend etc. quiet and safe with all the amenities. Great stay! Thanks!

Pleasant stay

Wasn’t a huge fan of the area but this home was nice. Pool was freezing but we swam at night. I would definitely stay here again

Just right for us

In Phoenix for Spring Training baseball with my son. 2 bed/2 bath was perfect. Nice kitchens although we used it very sparingly. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

Mr. Frank. was very helpful. Was there if we needed him? He’s the owner of the property very clean quiet had no problems. Enjoyed our stay there would recommend someone else.

Great stay.

Truly enjoyed the stay. Place is close to I17 freeway. Good is easy find. Bad is freeway noise while sleeping. Main area floor and carpets need cleaning. Beds, bath, and kitchen were above average. TVs were excellent. Some electrical outlets were concerning. Front light had motion sensor that is not obvious. Host was quick to respond. Great spot.

A Week in Phoenix

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable, sitting area is large and main shower was excellent. Unit is right beside highway so access is very convenient for travel but noise is a factor. A beautiful large park is within 1 block.

Christmas in Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay and your property was centrally located for our meetings with family and friends in the area. It was clean and pet friendly. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive.
