Mr. Frank. was very helpful. Was there if we needed him? He’s the owner of the property very clean quiet had no problems. Enjoyed our stay there would recommend someone else.

Short Title

Traveling alone. Nice place; very clean. Comfortable. The porch is small and closely walled in. I normally like a little more room, and I didn’t quite get that from the review. Not much in the way of amenities. Specifically, no coffee The price is extremely reasonable. And the townhouse complex is neat and quiet. Frank, the host, was very open to communication and responded quickly.

This place was phenomenal. Very clean, the hose was responsive, and we had everything we needed. 10 mins away from a lot of restaurants and my university (GCU). I recommend this place!

Enjoyed our visit

My wife and I stayed here for 30 days. Place is as described and the owner, Frank, is easy to work with. We did not have any issues. A park is nearby so easy to walk our dog without being on the street. Lots of people at park in the early evenings. Would stay here again.

Stay in Phoenix

This is a fairly comfortable home with a lovely kitchen and very nice bathrooms. It was very clean and comfortable, but the proximity to the highway made it quite noisy especially in the back bedroom.

Great long term stay

Frank was a great host. Communication was quick and clear. His place felt like a real home, both in decor and details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The layout and sound proofing between spaces let one have a sense of privacy. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great for getting to all the things we wanted to see.

Great, Clean Property

Frank quickly responded to questions I had before I reserved the rental. Check-in instructions were clear and getting to the property was easy. Its in a quiet, slow neighborhood and has a nice park nearby. The townhouse is simple, but it has updated features and is clean. The necessities are all there.
