If I could give the villa more than 5 stars, I definitely would...this was the perfect place to stay. Meticulously clean, convenient to shopping, and Cord and Paige were wonderful hosts. Our visit was for a bittersweet reason (visiting family with medical issues), so the guesthouse was a relaxing respite. The furnishings were both elegant and cozy, and the hosts had provided every small, thoughtful touch to make our stay comfortable. I look forward to returning to the villa - it was a true pleasure and a home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Orlando. The home was extremely clean, very comfortable, and clearly well cared for. It was also impressively well stocked with everything we needed and many thoughtful little extras that made the stay even better. You can tell the hosts put a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome. From the comfortable bed to the small conveniences around the house, everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was  a great rental and we would choose it again the next time we’re in the Orlando area. Highly recommended!

This cozy studio was such an awesome surprise and was even roomier in person. The location was great whether you want to go to Winter Park or the theme parks. Check-in was seamless and I didn't have to disturb the hosts. Cord was responsive to my requests and they even had snacks available when I arrived. I would gladly stay there again.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! BOOK THIS ONE!!

My wife bought me tickets to see the Daytona 500. This start was about 45 minutes from the track and for the value, the absolute best option for us. The hosts are top notch and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! They are some of the most generous host we have ever stayed at. I'm a bigger guy, so outside of the small shower, everything was perfect!!

Unit is very private, quiet, very large and beautifully furnished and maintained. Has everything you might need and more. The owners have stocked the place with so many delicious snacks, coffee, teas, wine, bottled waters, creamers, more snacks ( you could make a couple meals from all the “snacks”), fresh fruit, toiletries, etc. Ample kitchen utensils, towels, comfortable bedding, fast wi-fi. The studio was also very clean and cozy the couch is beyond comfortable! The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and personal hygiene items. The kitchen was well stocked with waters and coffee and tea to drink. It had everything we needed if we did forget anything. I would definitely stay there again!

For an amazing alternative to a downtown Orlando hotel stay, this little getaway is the bomb. Upon arrival, there were plentiful snacks and cold drinks. The apartment is decorated with an authentic old world vibe and makes an ideal romantic getaway for two, or an elegant retreat for single travelors. Upscale, ultra comfy bed, a showcase kitchen and knockout bath with a front private entry patio, washer & dryer, & working desk. Long stay discounts. Hosts are absolutely wonderful. Close to downtown Orlando, Art museums, Science Center, Winter Park & AdventHealth Medical. Go ahead & spoil yourself...we did & loved it!

Outstanding

Everything was as stated and more. Paige and Cord have an excellent property for rent. The location in College Park is close to lovely, cute downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping, basically in sight of downtown Orlando and easy access to I-4. We were there 4 nights and very comfortable. Lovely home in front on brick street with rental a short walk down brick driveway to your door. Easy parking in driveway. We have family in College Park area so we will definitely be back numerous times in future to stay.
