Very comfortable accommodation! Friendly people staying/living near. Parking and pool are close by. I would appreciate a full length mirror somewhere in the unit, other than that - everything you need.

Short Stay

These accommodations were very good for my wife and I, who were in town to visit with family members. The unit is perfect for two people. It was clean and quiet.

Great location 5 minute walk to the beach very pet friendly environment lovely shade trees The condo is very clean and comfortable with a cold AC! Secluded backyard and easy access from parking. Excellent stay for the whole family!

Sons of speed stay

Single bedroom, clean property. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to beach to walk to it. Nice place to stay.

Clean, simple, and comfortable. Could use some new rugs, but overall in great condition. Excellent location and property/complex layout with walking paths, pools, and game courts.

Great property and location for what we were looking for. Convenient parking, pool location and amenities. The issue with communication was with VRBO and NOT the host. I get the need to charge tax and the need for VRBO charges, BUT there was an error in how it was displayes and noone was interested in answering. The host claimed ignorance and VRBO never answered the question despite three separate attempts. I figured it out on my own! While VRBO showed a TAX fee in addition to the rent, my credit card came back as a VRBO fee. So we were NOT charged tax twice (as I originailly thought), it was only once and VRBO tacked on their fee separate. The amounts were nearly equal adding to the confusion. It seems to me the HOST did a lot more work than VRBO, so why the relatively high fee for computer generated communications. Our only suggestions to have made our stay MUCH MORE SEEMLESS was instructions for using the remote(s) on the TV's which we had to search out for outselves and a "ZEVO" type indoor but zapper to "coralle" the fruit flys. (Hard to get rid of in coastal Florida) Overall, great stay.
