Great property with plenty of room for a couple. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants and bars on Flagler. Very comfortable bed. Return guests, we will rent again.

The unit was wonderful! It’s an older unit that could use some modern renovations, but the place is certainly clean and big enough for family and friends. The host is wonderful to work with in the case of any questions or concerns. Super short walk to the beach and a short drive to the main shopping/restaurant areas. I recommend bringing a couple of blankets as it can get chilly inside. We would stay again :)

The apartment is exactly as listed. Perfect for our short stay. Cold AC and everything in the unit functions as it should.

This property is super close to the beach! However, the foliage is overgrown, the house is old, uneven floors and hasn’t been updated or repaired in a long while. Be aware that the kitchen has no stove, only a mini fridge. It could be quite charming with a few simple upgrades. Has great potential!

Title: Great location, spotless property, and responsive hostsWe had a very enjoyable stay. The property was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. It was bright, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. Although it’s a large house divided into separate rental units, each unit is securely separated with locked doors on both sides. The only downside is that some noise can travel between the units.The location is excellent, just a short 2-3 minute walk (about 200 meters) to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart provided were a great bonus and made our beach days much easier. The TVs with streaming services were also a nice touch.The only issue we experienced was with the electrical system. We plugged in two kitchen appliances at the same time, and one of the lights stopped working. It took around 20 hours to get everything resolved. To the hosts’ credit, they responded quickly, sent someone to help, and provided a new light bulb. Once I replaced it, the system started working again. Fortunately, it only affected that light—the refrigerator and the rest of the kitchen continued working normally.That experience did make us a little hesitant to use higher-power appliances afterward, so we didn’t cook as much as we had planned because we were concerned about overloading the electrical circuit. Also, the kitchenette has only a mini refrigerator, and a larger one would make longer stays even more convenient.

All is well, except no working wi-fi name and password. We got one name and password by e mail. Another on the coffee table. Neither one is found by our phones

A few details

This apartment was great and well-maintained. However when you get there you will find out that it is actually attached to a larger family home and the walls are a little thin. There were no real issues but this is something to consider if you’re looking for a more private stay. Also the listing says it has a washer and dryer for laundry but it doesn’t. Other than those details, it’s a great place to be able to experience New Smyrna Beach.

Hi Nick, I wish you had communicated with me about the washer and dryer, they are located in the garage for all the guests that stay a week or longer to use. Sorry for the confusion. They are not in the unit. Corinne

Do comfy, clean and a great location!!!

Corrine was wonderful!! The location is fabulous. The bugalow is so large, comfortable,clean and relaxing. I can't wait to come back :)
