Nestled on 18th Street in Virginia Beach's renowned ViBe District, this cozy cottage offers two private rentals, each with their own exterior entrances and "spaces." This unit, just three walking blocks from the beach and boardwalk, is ideal for exploring nearby boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, farmers markets, and gyms. It's also a short stroll to the Convention Center, Sports Center, and the soon-to-be-completed Atlantic Park, the new Wave Park and Dome Entertainment Venue one block east.

Please note: The rental is close to Frank & Patty's, a local burger joint open late on weekends—light sleepers may want to explore quieter accommodations in our portfolio.

Designed to comfortably host 4 guests, this fully furnished rental includes:

2 Bedrooms:
A queen bedroom & a twin bedroom (two twin-sized beds).
1 Full Bathroom: Hallway bath with shower/bathtub combo.

The living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, a large smart TV, and cable for entertainment. Free WiFi ensures uninterrupted connectivity.

A modern kitchen overlooks the living area and features:
Cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Kitchen bar with seating for 4.
Full cookware, china, and glassware for four (pots/pans stored in the island).

Step outside to a shaded back deck with a picnic table for al fresco dining. The deck is shared with the upstairs unit (508B). Please leash any approved pups as the backyard isn't fully enclosed.

Starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels provided; guests replenish as needed.

Perfect all the way around

This was an absolute perfect property. Clean, well-appointed, safe location. We were in walking distance to many restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Not too far from the beach either. We will be back!

Had everything we needed!

Cute and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Highly recommend. A couple of blocks from the beach; however, there is construction going on about 2 blocks up the street which has closed off the street so you have to go around (making it a little longer of a walk but not bad).

Good house, problem location

The house itself is excellent - just the size I needed and well looked-after. I absolutely LOVED the back deck area. Really relaxing. I did flip the breaker on the stove just by trying to boil water while heating something in the oven. That needs to be looked at. There is so much construction in the neighborhood, it turns a 3-block walk to the boardwalk into a 5-block walk. I'd wait until the construction on 18th-19th streets is done before renting again.

Very simple and clean place to stay, less than 10 minute walk to beach, super-close bars and restaurants, easy access to highway. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful first time vacation in Virginia Beach. The location of this home is perfect and the walk/ride/drive to the beach is just a few blocks away. This home is centrally located to some fabulous restaurants, ice cream shops, and micro breweries (one is literally out your front door and across the street which we took full advantage of). The home has a lovely back deck area but it was too hot and humid for us to enjoy as much as we may have liked. The updates to the property are very nice and the washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. I highly suggest renting some beach cruiser bikes or brining your own along with a boogie board.

Perfect little beach cottage

This house was the perfect place for my family of 4! Our walk to the beach was only about 6 minutes. (I recommend renting a beach cart- they drop it off and pick it up and you don’t have to carry anything on your walk!). Quiet neighborhood with a little brewery right across the street (not a noisy place, very respectful patrons and friendly staff). House had plenty of space for each of us to unwind after a long day at the beach. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. (Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus). House was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed sitting out back in the evening as well. Only heard the upstairs neighbors once all week. Communication with the proper manager was easy and they were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Weekend stay

Everything was perfect from the listing to the booking to the stay. Everyone was very helpful when I had questions, and the house was just as listed, clean. Very happy with my stay and would most definitely book again!

Nice comfortable place

It was very nice nice and cool and we loved the location not to far of a walk to to the beach not to far from everything a little brewery right across the street and it not loud or over crowded it was just a perfect location would definitely stay there again.

Communication and checking in and out was good. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. My father and I were in town for the Point Break festival so we didn't spend much time at the house. It suited our needs nicely.

Nice weekend getaway!

This property was just as described. Very clean and perfect location for us. We could walk to the beach or walk to the sports complex (as we were there for a wrestling tournament) The communication was great and check in was flawless. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Overall, the stay was great. We did have to park behind the house and walk around the house to enter. Street construction is taking place in front of the house. 18th Street is closed to traffic for several blocks, so this is major construction that started a while ago and is not close to being completed. We totally understand the owner has no control of this situation, but it would have been nice to know more than the day before. I would still recommend staying here.

Perfect Location for a Great Family Getaway:)

We chose this property due to its central location that allowed us to enjoy the oceanfront within a 5 minute walk and the VIBE Arts district just steps from the front (or back) door. Location was also a short drive to the Virginia Aquarium, First Landing State Park, & Back Bay Nat'l Wildlife refuge. Our family of 3 stayed 4 nights. Loved exploring the eateries, shops, and art of the VIBE district by foot...not to mention the brewery across the street! Loved walking to oceanfront for early AM beach walks w/our dog a few blocks away. Brought our bikes for amazing rides the length of the oceanfront bike path every day, down to Rudee's Inlet for dolphin watching! There was so much we were able to do/see by foot or by bike, not needing the car most days. It wasn't quite beach weather when we were there so it was great to have a lot of other things to do; but if warmer, the beach would have been easy to access too! The newly renovated 1st Floor Cottage house was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable as was the living rm couch. Outside area was a plus. Washer/dryer in the unit meant coming home with clean laundry which was nice. Only negatives were: 1-Unable to connect to Wifi; despite a lot of communication w/property mgmt, it was not resolved during our stay (which inconvenienced our 19 yr old most!) 2-There was (& still might be) major construction/road work on streets b/t the cottage and oceanfront, hopefully done soon/by summer! Thanks for a great getaway!

Great location, easy access to both the beach and the Sport Center, and. Farmer’s market popped up on Saturday just a block away. Great stay!

Great location. Clean & Pleasant

The cottage was quite nice. Very clean and very comfortable. Location was fantastic ... 2-3 block walk to the beach. Only comment is that previous guests must have had a pet as there was a bit of a dog-smell. Otherwise, it was great!

Short, but Amazing Stay

What a fabulous weekend in this cottage! This home was in the perfect location. My son needed to be at the sports complex for an indoor track competition and it was super close; we could walk! We were also close to the beach and boardwalk. Also, there were multiple coffee shops near which was an added bonus. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and lovely to communicate with during our stay as well. This home was cutely decorated and perfect for my family of four. I would most definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!!!

House was in a great location with in walking distance of the beach and has a great brewing company across the street. We were there Labor Day weekend and got to enjoy sitting on the front porch listening to some awesome live music.

Great little house by the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Very close to everything you need. The back patio deck was great, we used it every night.

Very nice.

Great location, very clean, quiet area, but close enough to any activity. All useable clean appliances etc. Only complaint was the lack of window screens. We couldn’t keep any windows or doors open for air without getting a few flies.

Not at all what we wanted

Property manager contacted me by email 2 days before check-in and said we had to move properties or they were going to cancel our reservation. Offered us an “upgrade” to a townhome with stairs that we can’t do well with ( group is disabled ) even after being informed that we couldn’t do stairs. We were told we had two choices 1. Take the new property or 2. Have no reservation with less than 24 hours before arrival. We chose to take the “upgrade” property hoping for the best. We arrived to the most horrifying parking situation I have ever encountered. Townhouse has a garage so small neither vehicle would fit and no other assigned parking. Every other unit has 2 assigned spaces except the 410 rental units. Chairs on both porches were so filthy you couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the nice cool breeze. Then upon deciding to go to bed I turned back my blanket and found it to be covered in muddy dog prints. Contacted the property manager and sent a photo. I was told that housekeeping found the blanket OUTSIDE but it was washed and dried. And that they trusted the housekeeper over a photo I sent. Of course there were no other blankets in the house to use so all I had was a sheet to sleep under. Also at night you will need earplugs due to traffic noises, sirens, and people in the other units outside partying. Besides those issues the location is good. If you don’t mind dirt, loud noises, and drive a vehicle the size of a golf cart this might be for you!
