This was a great location! A quick walk to the beach and nearby activities easily accessible by car. We stayed for a long weekend and had everything we needed. The host communicated very well too!

Lynn was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The rental was very close to the beach, nature areas as well as some nice restaurants. The rental had everything you need to cook full meals and the rental itself was very comfortable and clean.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a taste of beach living. The house had everything we needed for beach fun. Chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler, beach towels, and a wagon to haul it were in the shed. The beach was a 2-3 block walk down a quiet street. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I was worried about the bunk beds because our children are 12 and 15 years old but they both said they slept well. Bathroom/ shower were clean and had plenty of towels. The central air worked well keeping it cool upstairs considering we stayed during high temps. Overall, the place met all our expectations.Many restaurants, with water views, were a short car ride away. The beach is quiet and waters were calm compared to the boardwalk area of Virginia Beach. This is a great place to stay with your family.

All of the hand soaps in all bathrooms were watered down with water. No hair shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Need to update furniture. Positive comments, quiet, beds were comfortable.

Great townhouse right by the beach.

I have three small children, and this place was perfect for us, no issues witgthe beds and a two minute walk right to the beach, the beach was not crowded at all, and the accommodations were exactly as advertised. Great spot for a family.

Beautiful, easy vacation home

This property is ideal for a family of four or five. Close to the beach, close to parks and restaurants. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to VB.

Memorial day weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay here. Location and proximity to the water was what sold us and it did not disappoint. It was walking distance and even the four year old with us was impressed by the proximity. The place suited exactly our needs and the property owners were very responsive.

Perfect spot!

The house was clean and comfortable, it was such a close walk to the beach, and we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfect for my family of 3 but easily could have accommodated 6 guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend revisiting VB (we lived in the area previously). We traveled with our 3 young children, and they loved the bunkbeds, selection of toys/games, and the beach gear. The beach was easy walking distance even with 3 little ones. The place was clean, check in was easy, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse, great location

Beautiful townhouse. Had everything we needed, close to stores, downtown Norfolk, the base if your visiting military family and only 2 blocks to the beach. We look forward to staying there again!

Amazing stay!

Property was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped which was nice. Check in was super easy and they responded promptly. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Chic’s Beach area.
