towels. All new bath with walk in shower. Did I say All NEW? Yep - the property is sparkling. Easy walk to the beach, Brock Environmental Center and natural paths. Lynnhaven Boat ramp and parks nearby. First Landing State Park with bike/jogging/walking trails is 10 minute drive away. Very accommodating!

Great home away from home! Me and my family are locals but need a place to stay while we were having some repairs done to our home! The host Lynn was very accommodating when we need to extend our stay.

Amazing stay!

Property was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped which was nice. Check in was super easy and they responded promptly. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Chic’s Beach area.

Perfect spot!

The house was clean and comfortable, it was such a close walk to the beach, and we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfect for my family of 3 but easily could have accommodated 6 guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful accommodations! Clean, close to the beach and the VA Beach Tennis and Country Club and easy communication with the owner. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay

The place was so clean, spacious, close to the beach and decorated so cute. It’s so nice to have the deck, backyard and front porch. The bedding was awesome

Get away for the long weekend

Everything was great and was just as posted. The neighborhood was very nice and beach access was very accessible with a very short walk. The owner was very prompt on day of check in and very responsive.

Great location near the bay

Comfy condo located within a 3 minute walk to the beautiful bay beach. The condo was clean and comfortable with enough room for 3 adults, a toddler, and a baby. Outdoor shower is super handy after a day at the beach. Would recommend!

Family trip

It was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first time. We had to find a different beach acess due to the beach being worked on but it wasn't too much more of a walk. We love that the beach isn't crowded and the house is close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Quick weekend getaway

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! The neighborhood is quiet, the beach wasn’t crowded at all, and just a short walk from the house. There were plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you need. The beds were comfortable, there was even a fan in each bedroom (we hadn’t even thought of it but always use fans when sleeping!) There is a Kroger right down the street too. It is a very clean and comfortable home, we will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect for kids

This was a perfect house for a family beach vacation. It's a very short walk to a nice beach, and the house is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed - we especially appreciated the beach chairs & wagon, and the kids adored the bunk bed and toys. The house is comfortable and clean but with a minimum of the kind of knickknacks that get kids into trouble, and there is a fenced-in back yard. We highly recommend it!

Virginia Beach Vacation

The home was clean and had everything we needed for our family to sleep well and prepare breakfast daily. The home was based in a quiet and mature neighborhood which enabled us to sleep well every night. Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater and Virginia Beach was an easy drive within 20 or so minutes. The beach closest to the home was less than a 5 minute walk and was very secluded. Absolutely beautiful and a great experience overall. Thank you, Lynn!

Family vacation

This is a great house to stay in with children. I have two kids (4 and 9) and they loved the bunk beds, toys in the drawers, and the movies upstairs. My husband and I loved how almost everything is provided for you. The bedrooms are large and everything is updated beautifully. The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was not crowded (we did stay in the middle of the week). The house is close to everything you could want or need. We hope to return next year!

Comfortable and peaceful

This is our second year coming to this house and we love it! The beach is only 2 blocks away, and the sunrise and sunset is amazing. The nature reserve is also walking distance and is beautiful in the early morning and late evening. The house is very clean, comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the neighborhood is quiet and full of beautiful trees. The kitchen was perfect for us since we love to cook, and the patio was the perfect place for our dinners. Lynn was very helpful and timely in her responses. Would highly recommend it!

Close to Bay

The property is a duplex near the Chesapeake Bay off Shore Drive. It’s clean, cute and the right size for a couple or family of three or four. There’s a shared bathroom between the bedrooms upstairs. Shower only, no tub, not an issue for us. I did see some ants near the upstairs bathroom sink but it wasn’t a big deal. The beds are comfy and there’s beachy decor throughout the unit. We visited in winter, and one bedroom was warmer than the other. The HVAC seemed a little off, but there are fans (not ceiling fans) in the bedrooms that helped. The beach is a short walk away. There’s also a nature preserve a bit farther away with some trails. We’d consider renting this unit again!

Lovely Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of five had an enjoyable stay. The house accommodated us well and each child had their own bed. I did not realize the house was about a 25 minute drive to the high rise, where many of the tourist shops and restaurants are but that was okay for us. The beach access from the house was maybe a 10 minute walk and beach towels, chairs, toys and wagon was provided. This beach is more private, less people and had calmer water. The outdoor shower made washing the sand off very easy. Later in the day we drove to the high rise area, ate dinner and walked around town. Kids really enjoyed the waves there but it can be difficult to find parking and carry everything. We were thankful for the washer & dryer available at the house as our family had been road tripping the east coast for several weeks so having clean clothes was refreshing. We placed a DoorDash dinner order one evening and driver had no problems. (Restaurants are limited in this neighborhood.) We had a lovely time at Virginia Beach and this house made our trip even more great. Lynn was very easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Beautiful, easy vacation home

This property is ideal for a family of four or five. Close to the beach, close to parks and restaurants. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to VB.
