Tyler was very clear and precise with instructions for checking in and out. Suite was tastefully and comfortably decorated. Beds were comfortable and view was amazing! Location is wonderful, situated in right in the heart of Brickell near restaurants and the waterfront.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning, and the pool area is amazing—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group of six. It was the perfect place to stay the night before our cruise, making for an stress-free start to our vacation. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Miami and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Tyler.

The pictures do not justify the views. It’s one unit away from being at the very front of the building and the views are spectacular! You have both ocean and city views. The owner is easily reachable and if you need anything he’s there for you. This place is close to everything you need in the Brickell area. We’ll be staying again in the future!

Amazing views and great location!

The condo has an amazing view both day and night. It has everything you need and close to everything. Very easy checkin process. The building has 6 elevators that are fast. We will stay here again!

Definitely would recommend it

Everything about this place was perfect! Walking distance to many places and Tyler was always very responsive. I would say the only downfall would be the pool closing at 8. It has a beautiful view of the city and it would heavenly if the Pool was to remain open to enjoy that view.

This is a high-rise building that allows short-term rentals and it was very convenient to use the key cafe kiosk in the lobby to get our key and check into the apartment. One of the reasons we chose a VRB Is because we were looking forward to having the benefits of a home, including a dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, etc. Although this apartment is beautiful and has a great view, it doesn't really feel like a home in that we were told that we have to buy our own laundry detergent and detergent for the dishwasher. Usually managed apartments leave a small amount of soaps for you to use during your stay, but that was not the case here. Additionally, there's a big rust stain on the bathtub, which meant that none of us felt comfortable taking a bath. Also the bathtub drains very slowly, so you're standing in your own dirty shower water. This apartment could use some some deep cleaning, particularly underneath the cushions in the living room. Overall, it was a great stay in a great location just a couple of blocks away from the Metro Mover in Brickell. But I highly recommend they invest in true hospitality by leaving small amounts of soap so that the renter doesn't have to go out to the 24 hour CVS down the block.
