New listed by multi-year premier host. Awesome 3 bedroom two bath beach house less than five minutes from beach. All the amenities including High speed internet and 4K TVs throughout. You will fall in love with this cozy beach house as you relax and enjoy your vacation.

***Santa Rosa County requires that we separately collect a 5% Tourist Tax on your rate and the cleaning fee. We have no control over this tax and VRBO requires us to collect it separately.

***We do allow pets but they MUST be approved by the owners and there is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.***

***The maximum number of occupants for this property is six. We do NOT allow extra people to sleep on the couch or floor. If you have more than six people you will be asked to leave immediately and you will NOT receive a refund***

We spent the last 2 weeks of September 2026 at the "Sea Turtle House" and had a great time. Great location, just a few minutes from the beach and within 10 minutes of half a dozen seafood restaurants. The street is super quiet and the fenced backyard worked out perfect for the dog. We plan on coming back again next year and we will stay at the "Sea Turtle House"

Our stay at the Turtle house was great, the location was close to pier and beach. The neighborhood was quit and clean. We enjoyed the screened in back porch and the turtle and beach themes of the house. We will rent from Craig again on future trips to Navarre. I you are planning to stay in that area i would definitely recommend this one to stay at.

We did enjoy staying at the house. The decor and fully stocked amenities are greatly appreciated! We truly felt like we were walking into our home. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions. I can't stress enough about the comfort level at the home.

The property is close to places to eat, a major grocery store,Navarre Beach and quick access to the two major roads (Hwy 98 & Hwy 87). The property came furnished with all things needed for a comfortable stay - pots, pans, cooking utensils, towels, etc. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all my questions leading up to our stay. We would definitely select this property again in future stays.

For the price, this house is pretty good and in an excellent location. We visited for 4 nights with no complaints, but if I could change 1 thing, it'd be a new couch. Has nice size fenced backyard that was perfect for my 2 boxers. I'd stay again.

The home was so clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The fenced backyard was great for our pups. Quiet neighborhood, close to so much. Hosts were great and communicated quickly when we had questions. We love this home and will return when we come back to visit our family here

Great place!

The turtle house was a great place to stay and we had everything we needed while staying! It was in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from town or the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

We messaged the host when we identified that we needed something that had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. They responded immediately and provided what we needed. The home was very comfortable and accomodating for us. And we so appreciated the fenced backyard for our dog. He did great at this house, also.

Just what we needed

Cozy home that comfortably accommodated us and our pups. Minutes to the beach and local eateries. Easy check-in and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Navarre.

Peaceful retreat

We’ve stayed at two of Craig and Melissa’ properties and they never disappoint. They have beautiful properties and are some of the absolute best host you could pray for.

Super cute, beach house stay! Loved the little details that they put into the house for everyones stay. Our dogs enjoyed sniffing out the yard! ❤️ My family loves Navarre and highly recommends Craig and Melissa’s home.

Quiet relaxing place.

It was a perfect place for the 6 of us. Our two grandchildren loved the backyard. It also was close to the beach and places we love to go. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The hospitality of the owner was proof positive.

Sea Turtle Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle House. It was comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood, but was just minutes from the beach, park, restaurants and sea turtle conservatory. It was a memorable trip for our family. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
