Attended the Cosmic Clash national wrestling 🤼 tournament

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, great location for what we were doing, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had trouble hooking up to the internet and the host responded right away and helped us get connected. Will stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen and large central room to hang out in. Nice balcony. Comfy beds. Great location, close to Denver, Golden and Red Rocks. Old Town Arvada is walking distance and very quaint. Lots of stairs, however, if that is an issue for anyone in your group. We had minor issues, and the host responded immediately to take care of them. Highly recommend!

Great Townhouse just outside of OldTowneArvada

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Old Towne Arvada. We could walk just a few blocks to all the restaurants. Great location for dog walking as well through Water Tower Village. The home was super clean & very well maintained. Just lovely.

10/10 no notes. Great space, well appointed, Old Towne Arvada is a very short walk away with great restaurants. Loved that each bedroom had access to its own bathroom. One thing to note for older guests - no bath on main level so lots of stairs up or down. But great main floor open concept to enjoy.

We do note exactly where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the listing description but will see how we can make that more clear for the future. It was a perfect stay. Home was clean and well-organized. It is a darling townhome close to many dining establishments. It is a very quiet, perfect place to wake up slowly and enjoy.

The location of this quiet, well appointed property is prime. Within walking distance are multiple restaurants and shops in Olde Town Arvada and a light rail station. With easy access to the interstate reaching Denver or the mountains is a breeze. The furniture was comfortable, there were ample linens and the garage parking was a great bonus.
My dogs enjoyed their stay. The grass pad behind the building complex was especially convenient.

Three story town home in a very quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible off the freeway, short drive to a Costco and other stores. 10min walk to Olde Town Arvada and the RTD Light Rail stop. We were able to go downtown Denver quickly and easily off the Light Rail, coming home at night was a nice and safe walk. My family and I loved the home, we had a great time in Arvada and the surrounding areas!

Location was perfect for our plans for Red Rocks and attractions around Golden. Being an easy walk to Olde Town was a huge bonus. Property was clean and well appointed with the basics. Check in was easy and access was easy. PROS: location is walking distance to Olde Town and the RTD. Easy drive to Red Rocks or Golden. All were only about 20 mins away. A large garage with keypad access is a bonus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A balcony off the living room is nice. CONS:bathrooms had motion lighting that is very annoying as there was not an option to disable. No music or speaker setup (bluetooth speakers). Was able to connect to tv but better way to access music would be nice. Be aware: Three floors, so expect steps. Was not a problem but top floor is two bedrooms/baths, middle floor kitchen and living/dining and balcony with ground floor having last bedroom/bath and garage as well as front door and entryway. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to visit this property again.
