4 br/3 ba right across the street from the beach w/ partial Gulf view from the private balcony. Private 6 person hot tub on the back patio. 2 master suites with king beds, 3rd bedroom also has a king bed & 4th bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen credenza bed in the living room & a futon in the loft for additional guests. Arcade style video game w/ 60 classic games in the loft. 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit with overflow parking on the street in front of the complex.

The place had everything we could want, fully stocked kitchen, beach stuff, hot tub and access to a pool, plus 5 minutes from the beach!!Michael was very helpful and prompt!

Fantastic host! Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool area was also a fav! Would have been 5 stars if the living quarters were just a little larger.

This property was perfect for our large group. With four bedrooms plus a bed in the living room everyone slept comfortably! We were able to enjoy the pool on site and the beach (short walk) everyday, with all the beach chairs, towels, and toys we needed! The beach was clean and not overly crowded. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Restaurants and bars within walking distance were fun too! The host, Michael, was very responsive to any questions we had.I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Great stay for 6 ladies. Home was even better than the pictures depicted. Had everything we needed and host was extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

The property is clean. Enjoying the hot tub. Nice beds. Big tvs in each room. The location is great. Check in and out was a breeze. Lots of beach towel. Over all it’s all good.

The rental was perfect for our family get away. It had all the amenities we were looking for. Michael was easy to get ahold of and to work with. We had a group of 8 people and it worked out great for us. Quick walk to the beach or pool and was just a short drive to downtown Corpus Christi, Port Aransas or to local fishing spots. Would definitely book here again.

We had a fabulous time so easy to get to the beach. The place was wonderful. Had things for the beach that we used. Would definitely stay here again. Loved Corpus Christi.

Family vacation

The location was close to beach and had everything we needed from kitchen, laundry, beach chairs and toys, not to mention a ton of beach towels, what a convenience. The community pool was a good size and never overly packed and we even got use of the hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

Spent a long weekend here and it was great! Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The host was easy to communicate with as well. An amazing experience!

Padre Island Trip

This place was amazing! It was only a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Attraction is action

Got to the property in this place was freaking amazing. I can’t tell you how excited we were to be able to enjoy our time at this property. Definitely be coming back and staying without a doubt.

This space was very nice. It had all the extras you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The closet space was limited. The dining furniture was not senior friendly. The laundry facilities were great. The location is good.

Condo was exactly as listed, pictured. Owners have so many extras (beach towels, chairs, beach toys, games, etc.) kept at the condo which makes traveling with a 8 adults and 3 kids very convenient. Owner was very responsive with questions, help, etc. We have stayed several times at this location but this was the best rental yet! Book marking for next time!

Despite a hiccup at the beginning of our stay, we ended up having a great weekend! Michael was extremely accommodating and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The condo is furnished with great amenities and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and there was good space for our group! We hope to return in the near future! Thank you again Michael for your hospitality!
