Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathTownhome, heated pool! Close to the beach, boat slip!

This very spacious and waterfront 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome with it's own 14’x24’ slip is just a short walk to the beach. Sleeps up to 16 guests max. Minimum 2 night stay required. No pets and smoking(of any kind) allowed. So come relax in our quiet little townhome community. Only five other units around us, heated pool. Perfect for family vacations, family reunions, girls trips, fishing trips, etc. Great for fishing, kayaking, etc. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Two paddle boards with life jackets for your enjoyment. Walking up stairs required. Permit number 2022-305506. Instructions and address will be sent a couple days prior to check in.

Good value but needs improvement

The first thing you'll notice is the musty, moldy smell upon entry. Even our clean clothes went into the wash when we got home. Decent bedrooms but not a single dresser in any of them (living out of your suitcase). Smallest porch/balcony I've ever seen on a property this size. But the worst surprise was the boat slip ( the reason this unit was selected). The slips are way too short and any boat over 17ft tied to the cleats is at risk of damage from banging into the dock from wind and waves. Mine is only 21ft but it suffered significant damage to the trolling motor from one evening there. Hopefully the owner updates the description to warn future guests of this limitation...

Even with tropical storm Alberto

We had fun even though the tropical storm was around we still had fun. My children loved the access to fishing right behind the property. The saw sea turtles and had fun fishing…caught great sized fish! Attractions are close by….putt putt golf was fun. We didn’t get to experience the beach because it was closed off because of the storm but that ok. God willing next time we will.

Family Wedding

We had a large family gathering for a wedding. This place offered a convenient location and a ton of room for everyone. Be careful with the Murphy bed, the little stand slips on the floor. It fell down twice because of slipping. The only complaint I have is the high cleaning fee. I didn’t expect to be asked to wash, dry, and put away dishes, strip all beds and start laundry, and take out the trash with such a high fee.

Great beach rental!!

We had an amazing time at this beach townhome. It was very clean and we enjoyed the paddle boards that came with the home. Will return here again! Host was very kind and attentive as well.

Great home

The check in process was easy. We enjoyed the location so close to the beach. The house was everything we asked for and needed. The beds were all comfortable. Plenty of bathroom inside the house. The garage access was amazing. Do be able to store all of the beach stuff outside and secure instead of inside the house.

Honest opinion

When I was looking for rentals I really couldn't decide so I went with this property since it had 5 stars. I just dont see that. The walls had holes, the furniture was dirty, the placs was just overall grimey. Sand galore, tar in the tubs, a full blown swimsuit just hanging in the shower. Gross. Towels had stains, the quilts had stains, even the sheets had stains. The location is nice, but this place needs a good cleaning and some TLC. Especially if you pay a hefty fee to have it cleaned... and even more for damage insurance.

Best place !

We have been coming to North Padre with our kids and grandkids for 3 years now and this was by far the best! This year my SIL & BIL joined in. Plenty of room for all. April was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay by the beach.

The place can literally accommodate 16 guest comfortably and has the best views of the canal and jetty, has nice pool area, dock for boat rentals, and the rental place is very close by the property. Will definitely use this rental again when we get another chance to visit Corpus Christi.

Love this property.

The location is great, the property is taken care of, and we try to make this house an annual stay. Two years in a row already... hope to go back next year. Also, the property manager (AD) is the best!

Clean, spacious, accessible, great amenities, good communication with host

Our experience was great! Starting with the communication from the host, April. She was very responsive with any questions I had, and when we ended up stranded in San Antonio due to a hotel situation the night before our condo stay was supposed to start, she was quick to answer and offer to let us drive down and start our stay in the condo a night early. Our two families, plus one other adult, had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool, docks, paddle boards, and beach toys! The only warning I would give is the balcony railing off the den upstairs needs repair... it is loose and we did not allow the younger children in our group to go out there. I've let April know so it can be addressed! It was a great place for larger groups and we are keeping it on our list for future vacations to padre! With other units right next to it, it makes for a great huge family reunion spot too. Golf cart rentals just up the road and beach access about a 5 minute golf cart ride away! We fished and caught catfish, off the dock at the complex too! Thanks again! April

Great stay! Walking distance to beach

I would absolutely recommend this property as well as stay here again. Host was easy to contact and very communicative. We loved the home and amenities such as the great pool over looking the canal. It was also an easy walk to the beach! Probably about 5 minutes to walk straight down one street, truly too easy. If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate to book & stay here!!!

Great place!!

Great place to stay at! 7 min drive to the beach! April was amazing always responding to my messages was very helpful. The house is beautiful. It was very nice to know if we did happen to forget something such as oil, salt and pepper, coffee or napkins they had some there. There was also beach toys, beach chairs or life vest for the kids if we forgot ours. Everything at that house was very convenient. Great place to stay at.

Perfect Beach house for a big group.

10 out of 10. Cleanliness: 10 Proximity to beach: 10 Beach house decor: 10 Amenities included like paddle boards, boogie boards, beach toys: 10 Cute swimming pool Fully stocked kitchen and linen closets! We stayed here with another family so six kids total and there were plenty of beds and room for more! We’d come back.

Great location.

No complaints. Beautiful open layout. Beautiful little infinity pool. Extra communal condiments/groceries in the pantry...(if you're ok with that, use the items...if you're not...buy your own. Easy situation). Property manager was always available. Having a huge garage is great. This listing will easily make my short list of properties I would return to.

By far the best place in the area

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. The first time was for our honeymoon and we had this huge place to ourselves. We loved EVERY minute of it so we had to come back with all our friends. The second time did not disappoint. The space is beautiful and definitely the place to be for summer vibes! There is plenty of room to accommodate multiple families and it is so unbelievably close to the beach! We rented a cart both times from Joyride rentals and you can pretty much get anywhere you need to go on the cart as long as you don’t have to go on the main road. The pool was a great addition as well. My wife and I will likely return yearly as a tradition. We just love this place and the island. If I could give it more stars I would!!!

Family vacation

We were a group of 13: 3 separate families (1 from Houston, 1 from Austin, and 1 from Atlanta) that wanted a quick vacation in a large, clean place close to the beach and this place did not disappoint! We had 6 adults and each couple had their own room. There were 7 kids total and the 4 oldest kids enjoyed sleeping in the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds. The living room area easily fit all of us comfortably. The kitchen was also spacious, and we made good use of it and the grill as we cooked all our meals at home after we did a curbside pick up from HEB (Flour Bluff location, <15 minute drive away). It unfortunately rained most of the time we were there but it was easy for us to get to the beach when the rain would let up. Sometimes we walked to the beach (<10 minutes) , sometimes we drove (1-2 minutes). And a few times we took a dip in the community pool. April was also easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property much larger than pictures show

Amazing property-much larger rooms than pictures show. April was very responsive and helped promptly when our freezer went out and got us another one quickly. Property was fairly new, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, tv had many options for shows to watch, ac kept rooms very cool! Two paddleboards included were enjoyed by our kids. Grill was stored in garage and worked well. Great location close to beach and on the bay side for fishing. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to N Padre.
