The Fall Line Condo gives you great value, comfort, convenience of location, and friendly service. The Fall Line is located in the Town of Telluride, walking distance to main street, the park, shopping, the library, free gondola and river trail. It's on the free, town bus loop.

The unit is fully furnished with a full kitchen, dining table, living room, private deck and laundry center. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. Amenities include, elevator access and covered parking. We would be pleased to have you as our guests.

Great value in the heart of Telluride

Wonderful stay in a convenient location minutes from restaurants and the gondola. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Great condo. Easy walk to gondola

We had a great stay. Mid of the town. 5min walk to gondola. Bunch of restaurants and bars nearby as well as a supermarket. Very comfy condo with evr thing that you need to cook.

Telluride condo

The condo was very close to the gondola station. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the middle of town. The check in was easy and the condo was close to everything. Loved our stay.

Great stay

Tom and Elaine were great - responsive and flexible. Location is fantastic as well - about two blocks to the lifts and main st.

Enjoyed the location of condo, near gondola and fine eating establishments. We were able to arrive earlier than anticipated which was a nice surprise!

Perfect Summer Location

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is close to Main St, restaurants and hikes. The pictures on the website perfectly match the condo’s appearance, both decor and accommodations.

It was located very close to the gondola which made it great for skiing. It's a small thing, but the bed pillows could be better.

Central Location

Great location. Easy access to everything. Clean, comfortable and stocked with all the items you need. The property manager was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and price

Unit was clean, quiet and comfortable for 3 to 4 adults. Covered parking and hot tub were real perks for a downtown Telluride location. Incredible bargain.

Telluride Ski Vacation

Great property for a ski vacation. Location is ideally situated in downtown Telluride; close to restaurants and walking distance to the chairlift or gondola. Underground parking and elevator to upper floors made getting our gear to the condo very easy. Condo was clean and well maintained. Excellent place to stay. Will definitely consider for our next stay in Telluride.

Perfect Location

The location of this property relative to the ski resort can't be beat! As others have stated, the decor is a bit dated, but definitely not enough of a detraction to make me not stay there again. Thanks for making it available to us!

Great place

Had a great time staying at Fall Line Condos. Lots of room and could not be in a better place. Right in the heart of town and close to the lifts. Definitely will be back! Telluride

The condo is right in the center of Telluride, which makes walking to shops, restaurants and the Gondola very easy. The condo was nice and clean and worked well for our family of four adults.

Tom and Elaine Schroedl moved to Telluride in 1971. We love the skiing and hiking in Telluride. It's a very cosmopolitan small town with lots of festivals. We have managed a condo in The Fall Line since 1988. We would love to accommodate you!
