Enjoy all that Telluride has to offer in this newly remodeled, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Located in the heart of the Telluride accommodations district, this unit is on the ground floor and faces out to quiet and peaceful Cornet Creek.

The Lift 7 base area and ski lift is just a one block walk. This great central location means that a car isn’t even necessary once you arrive in Town. 'The Galloping Goose', a free Town shuttle bus, stops behind the condo complex about every 10 minutes and provides service to the gondola or a complete loop through town. Within short walking distance of the condo are at least five eating establishments and bars and the grocery store is one block away. Or walk the short 3 blocks into downtown Telluride for the rest this historic Victorian town has to offer.

King sized bed in separate bedroom, fold out sleeper couch, stone countertops, custom and new travertine tiled bathroom and shower, full kitchen, new hickory hardwood floors in entire condo, stainless appliances, two mounted TVs, cable, wireless internet and comes fully furnished and with all cooking and dining utensils if you want to stay in.

This is a very comfortable 1 bed condo in a great location. With our fold out couch you could easily sleep 4.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our trip to Telluride & the accommodations were great! Shower pressure was great, the bed was comfortable, the floors were hardwood and clean. There was plenty of hangers for my ski jackets & scarves. Overall it was a very cute & clean place walkable to restaurants and coffee shops.

Small but affordable crash pad in a great location

If you're looking for an affordable condo for a couple or 4 very close friends, within walking distance to the town lifts, then this is the place for you. The building is one of the older ones in the neighborhood and everything is tight, from the parking to the living space, but the condo is fairly comfortable if you plan to spend most of your time on the slopes or in town. I was too big for the plastic stools at the kitchen counter, so I had to stand to eat, and the wi-fi signal was weak and slow enough that we struggled to stream anything in the living room. We were there for the skiing though, and a 4-minute walk to Lift 7 isn't too shabby. Just know that you're getting a crash pad and you'll be happy with the price and location.

Great stay

Great location, walkable to #7 lift, first floor, 10 minute walk to central Telluride. Unit was well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies. Perfect for 2 people.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Telluride and Kevin’s property was the perfect location. An easy walk to lift 7 or a bit longer to the gondola, made it easy to stay without a car. Everything was exactly as pictured with all of the essentials required. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and host

The host went above and beyond and then some for our reservation. The location is great; walkable to everything, but out of the way enough to be quiet.

Simple and Convenient

The condo was great. Nothing was missing and it was quiet. It's a pretty short walk to lift seven and you can walk to everything in town. I would recommend it for two people or a couple in the bedroom and one other person.

Everything you need..

We spent 6 days here with our teenage son and it was GREAT. The pictures actually don't do it justice... it was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect with a short walk to the lifts, gondola and town.!

Great Little Condo

Roomy, convenient, clean condo. Just minutes from grocery store and 1 minute walk to the bus stop! Owner gives detailed instructions and maps. I would highly recommend this place.

Better than expected!

The 1 bedroom was spacious, clean, and cozy. Had everything we needed. Owners were easy to reach and very accommodating. Location is walking to distance the Clark’s market (in my opinion the best in town), wine mine (a little gem), and Lift 7. One note for owners, there’s not enough mirrors for my vanity! A full length on one of the the doors would have been appreciated LOL. My family had one of the best ski trips of our life. Absolutely would recommend.

Telluride condo in good location

The communication provided by the owner was great. The condo was nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed, and the location was in walking distance to town. We were a little worried about overnight parking at the property the first night as the Blues Festival was taking place and town was crowded. We parked in the nearby public lot during the first day (a short walk from the condo), and we were lucky to secure street parking in the neighborhood after 6 PM as the public lot does not allow overnight parking. However, once the festival ended parking at the condo was not a problem. Overall it was a good stay in Telluride!

Great apartment and location.

We rented this apartment for our visit to the Telluride Jazz Fest. It met all our needs and expectations. It was close to the bus stop for the free bus that took us around town and to the shuttle. It was also close to a gourmet grocery store and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner left us good instructions and local recommendations. If we come back to Telluride we would stay there again.

Such a wonderful stay in a Beautiful Town

Everything was perfect! We loved the ease of access to the town and we walked everywhere! This condo had everything we needed! Great Stay! we hope to return. One thing to ponder on is assigning actual parking spots to each condo.

Telluride Ski Trip

We had a fantastic trip. The condo was very comfortable and the location was convenient to the grocery store, chairlift 7, liquor store, and downtown Telluride. My husband really appreciated the ski boot drier. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants around town and also a travel issue we had during our trip.

great value

this was a roomy and very nice condo, it had to be more than 500 sq ft. The bed and hide a bed were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had lots of extra small appliances. There is a Keurig and you might bring some pods.

Really nice 2 night stay in Telluride, but small

We really liked this rather small 1-BR place even though it is quite small. Hey, that's Telluride. Fairly centrally located and easy walk to everything, including skiing. Kudos for the well designed unit which had all the small stuff (e.g. white plates of various sizes, ice in the freezer, wine openers, soap in the shower, etc.) that drive you crazy when they're not there. Updated furnishings and comfy mattress is appreciated. Parking is an issue but worked for us as we grabbed the last spot. Needed to communicate with owner regarding checkout details, and my call was promptly returned. Would definitely return which isn't always the case.

Location location

Park the truck, unload and don’t touch it until you leave. A 5 minute walk to lift 7 and all that the mountain has to offer. A 10 minute walk to the shops, bars, and every kind of dining experience you can imagine.
